Poor service ordered online and still had to wait 35 minutes after I got there. The back line was not in a hurry to fill orders. Would not recommend this burger king.

While waiting 35 min for a 20.00 order I watched 2 employees go outside and come back in without washing hands! People up front were moving like snails while the manager was sitting on her butt in the office! Ridiculous! What a poor manager to let her team struggle While customers get mad and drive off!

I ordered a #6 meal. The speaker was so bad with echo the person taking the order and I were having to yell at each other to be able to hear what the other was saying. The chicken sandwich was not good but the fries were good and hot.

Had the royal chicken sandwich and Chicken patty ,bacon , fries were all over cooked.tried to order the new frozen pink lemonade and they were out and also ordered fish sandwich and had a burger In it's place because they were out of fish also.

Half the times I've gone there, it's taken 15 plus minutes, and the staff are rude. This time, despite being mild-mannered, they still couldn't get my order right. I only ordered 2 chicken wraps with NO TOMATO and a 12 peice mozzarella fry. I ask for no tomato because I'm allergic, yet they still give me tomato on both of them and only 8 mozzarella fries. I know it can be a stressful job but it's not hard to double check. I've given this establishment more chances than I should have because it's nearby but I will not be back and will recommend anyone I know to just go to a different BK. Thanks for the frustration. -Austin
