Three times in a row over 2 month period I have been served cold burgers. I called to speak to someone but the phone is not answered and voice-mail is not set up. I live less than 4 miles from BK. Not time enough for a burger to feel/taste like it came out of the refrigerator. I planned to call ahead next time, but they don't answer the phone! Not a good way to run a business!

My dad went there yesterday evening and nobody was in front to take his order and there was a young man standing there and my dad asked is there anyone gonna take his order so the guy didn't say or do anything and of course my dad left .I think it's a shame that nobody didn't do their job to take someone's order..one way to loose business

Had the Whopper today it was good everything fresh except for the tomato it had a big spot in the middle it was on chewable where the stem connects should have been removed no one would put them on their own Burger why should they put them on

Has went down hill my whole order was messed up and I didn't notice half till I got home .They didn't have ice and everytime I get drinks the bar in the front of the drinks is wet and dirty get some adults working ?.Dietary restrictions: I paid for a 5 dollar buger and got a double cheese burger and the rest I caught there and made them fix it they were treating me like I was lying, so I didn't bother calling them whenIfoundmoremistakes.?♀️?♀️?
