I've loved Fiesta for years,but In the past year it has been inconsistent. We got the churros & they were nasty. They had some nasty cream in the inside. The same dish can be different every time I've tried it. Also all the really young people as waiters are very slack! The food was really good so they get 5 stars but the servers and cooks need to pay more attention to detail. I asked for something with jalapenos added and when I got it there was none, then I asked the waitress for a bottle of hot sauce and never received it. They were not busy either for that to be an excuse. But the food that I did receive was delicious. I just wish I got my full order.
The service is a little slack, but other than that it is awesome. We let them know when we were checking out that they do not have to worry about going out of business because of the restaurant Mr. Habanero. This place is 110 times better. We will definitely be back and I don't even like Mexican food, but my husband loves it.
