It is very rude to be waited on when they are on their phone and have those earbuds in their ear and they're having a whole another conversation I went through the drive-thru she gave me my food and then I had to park and go back in to get my tea

If I could give a zero I would… went through drive thru…. The lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and through her hands up at us like talk to the hand I’m not listening…. All we wanted to do was make it a combo lady! Did I mention also my son is autistic? He can’t make up his mind at a moments notice. This person is representing your company. I would rethink her position within your company… she needs to chill with her attitude. Patience goes a long ways. Very very rude!! Do better Hardee’s until you do I’m not coming back and I will be telling everyone that listens
Also side note if I can get ahold of the manager she will be paying for my paint job on my car if the acid from the drink she threw at it eats through the paint.

I have the food two stars because there was tiny pieces of chicken. It tasted good but all three tenders together would not amount to even one. The charge more and give less will come back to haunt all the fast food joints, at least around here. I have the service for starts because I asked for a five piece not a three piece… unfortunately this was a drive-through order so I ended up having to hurry up and get out of the way and didn’t check my food before I left. I had to fix more food when we got home because there wasn’t enough to feed everybody, if I had to cook anyway, I would’ve just stayed home and cooked and saved a lot of money. The atmosphere gets three star stars because I saw one guy doing something three people standing around and a long line of people waiting for food. I think the people in the front might have needed to go to the back and get caught up before they stood around taking their break.
