My food was wrong and I waited a very long time with only one car other than myself in the drive thru went back the day staff was very rude 😒

Worst Drive- tru I’ve EVER been too! Not the first time happening here! Horrible location!! Left with no food and a line of mad people. A young lady who was considered the “ manager “ does not deserve the title. You work to make things better, not inflame the issue by telling me to get the hell out of her store. So unprofessional! She’s costing you money!

Went through the drive thru the young lady started taking my order.In the middle of me ordering she stopped me and said she’ll be right back she had to food to run out.Im like WHAT!And she responded in a rude way.So I drove around parked and went inside where she was found dumping out old fry’s and talking junk about me!!!As you know I ate her up(went off)The GENERAL manager came up front.I told him what had happened.Jon is his name..He only looked at me and walked off!What kind of GM not handle a situation as such.They don’t care..But I’ll make sure the higher end people hear about the poor service!!!!!!!!

As a first-time customer and new to the area, I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. While taking my payment for a thirty-dollar order, the employee held my drink in her hand. As I extended my card, I opened my hand to receive the drink, but she refused, saying with a dirty look, “I have to take your payment first—people steal it and drive off.” This was an insulting insinuation that I would steal, followed by her rudely snatching my card out of my hand.
When I addressed her comment and explained that assuming negative behaviors onto others is rude, I simply asked for a refund. She then snapped, “And I’ll take the drink back,” and escalated matters by making a false claim of being assaulted after a splash of liquid from the lid touched her hand—yelling, “She just assaulted me!”
I had not originally planned to request a refund, but her continued hostility and accusations left me no choice. To make this worse, my two young children were in the vehicle and had to witness her ugly hostility firsthand.

Before this visit, we had praised the South for its hospitality. Instead, what we experienced here was not hospitality, but hostility. This encounter disgusted me and completely ruined the reputation of this Hardee’s. I strongly urge management to take action and ensure staff treat EVERY CUSTOMER with respect and professionalism. As a long-time business owner myself, I can say with certainty: you don’t earn or keep business by treating people this way.

Went through the drivethru this morning when I got my food the biscuit for my gravy biscuit was hard as a rock and my biscuit for my bacon egg and cheese biscuit was falling apart. Needless to say it was a horrible breakfast

Website says they close at 9:30the fort says 9:00 my wife got there at 8:48 and they refused to serve her said it was to late
