We enjoyed a hot $ ready pizza, some cheese bread, & sticks! All was delicious. Except … our service! Employees on their phones while ringing up customers, cursing, & unfocused!

I was told I was going to have to wait for 3 meat pizza for 40 minutes, so I changed my order to Cheese pizza and Pepperoni pizza, and was told I'd have to wait 10 minutes. Turns out that I had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Went back through the driveway in 10 minutes, and they said they gave my order away. Been waiting for a whole hour. I do not recommend going to this Little Caesars.

Went on Friday oct 17th ordered the pizza at 10:50 to pick it up at 11:30 arrived at 11:30 pizza was not even put In oven , I ask when will it be ready the cashier said she did not know . Not helpful when you were wanting to get home. Callled corporate they said they will call back . Not call back no respond from emails . All I want it a refund for a pizza that should have been done or at least a time to pick it up and not leave me hanging . It was not ready till 12:30 almost 1:00 . Which I was already home cause I was not able to wait for a pizza who had no estimate time to pick up

Sent hubby to get three things of bread for me and the kids cause we love it. Called at 7:26.. 8:21 he has the bread after being asked to pull around 2/3 times because our food isn’t done. People in there giving boxes of food away with other peoples names on them making you wait while they make more. “The full order isn’t ready” “oh now we are waiting on your breadsticks again” you can’t make this up. Like why people? We ordered before the rush and still got stuck in the rush because they gave our food away more than once. 00000/10

Website address hasn't been updated, directions took me to O'Reilly Auto parts....had an online order and when I got there my phone said it was ready but couldn't be put in the pizza portal for some reason....three customers were already in the lobby being totally ignored by the workers.... I will say the food was fresh and correct but they could stand to do something about better serving people in the lobby

It's a clean place to eat the employees. There seem to be knowledgeable of the product. They were very friendly at the window as I went through the drive-thru. My order was ready exactly when they said it would be. I'll be buying it from them again. For a quick cheap lunch or supper, I don't think you can go home.
