I want to give a job well done on customer service tonight for Austin and his crew. I was not a happy customer when the crew member told me no customized orders after 8:35 when I was in drive thru at 8:30. When I asked to speak with the manager the crew member said "I think he's in the restroom" and ask me to pull up so he could help the next customer. When I came inside, Austin politely granted my request. Thank you for great customer service skills Austin!

Great Pizza served fresh,, hot, fast and tasty. A great family value. Definitely the best fast food restaurant in Williamston.

The sauce containers never filled all the way. I've noticed half a container last time I got a crazy combo. Also way to much salt on the pretzel pizza. Stuffed crazy bead not all that. Wings are nasty and not always done.

This place needs new night management! Last night I went thru the drive thru and asked if they had cheese bread,crazy bread and pepperoni pizza ready and he told me yes and charged my card and hands me everything except cheese bread and tells me he thought it was ready but they gotta cook it so I can either wait or take crazy bread in its place. I already had crazy bread so I had no choice but to wait and the reason I needed things that were already ready was because I was on my way to work. This caused me to be late. No apologies,nothing!

The service was great, food ok for a cheap pizza place.
This place is run by a bunch of clowns. Horrible attitudes, unprofessionalism, and it seems like not a single person in that store knows what they are doing. The wait times are ridiculous and it's truly sad to see how downhill this store has gone. As someone who used to work for this company many years ago, if we ran it the way these people are now, we would have been shut down immediately. You guys need to get it together.

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni w mushroom. I also ordered 2 roasted chickenwings. Service was slow, they didn't even have the ready made ones. Pizza and chicken were both superb. My only ding is the chicken wings have to be the world's tiniest...and they are expensive.
