We have always loved Papa Johns but now that this location has switched to outside delivery we will not be using it again. Our pizza arrived well after it was promised. And then it was cold.

Ordered $60 for delivery. 2 burnt papadillas. Manager didn’t want to come to phone. When she finally did she only argued w me, said it’s their over that made it burnt and that nothing can be done. Told her to refund those 2 burnt items. She refused and said they can’t do anything about the burnt food. I told her I was going to call corporate and she said “do what you gotta do “ and actually hung up on me!!! NEVER EVER buy from this store!!!! The one in Powdersville is good. But I couldn’t get delivery from that one. This is why I’ve just been getting Doninoes. Thought I’d try Papa again since it’s been about 2 years. Nope! Back to Dominoes from now on. The photos are 2 different papadillias. So unless you like burnt food and be denied for them to replace or refund and be treated horribly by store manager, DON’T BUY!!!!!!! .

2 items burnt, mgr said nothing can be done cuz it’s their oven. 1 item missing, which she insisted I got (didn’t, I have security cameras). She wouldn’t refund or remake the items and hung up on me

Wrong toppings on pizza, when I called to complain, they hung up on me. When I called back they wouldn't answer the phone. Go to little teasers instead, better pizza and better prices and order allways comes out right.

Used to like this Papa John's but keep getting bad food and so so service. Last Pizza I got had 2 pieces with no cheese or toppings. Time before they accepted my order but didn't have the toppings to make it (this was before Helene), offered a cookie pizza for the inconvenience then didn't give it to me.

Waited for over 45 min when the app said my pizza would be ready. There was zero rush. The employees just goofed off the entire time when I asked about my order. He said “it’s the last one over there” then instead of helping his coworker with the backed up orders he just went and sat in the office on his phone. I won’t be back to this location

I ordered $81 of food from this restaurant at 9:30 pm on 8/15/2024. The tracker said delivered at 10:38 pm. I never received the order. When I call the store no one answered. I’m calling corporate today and placing a fraudulent charge on my bank account.

This place has really improved since it first came to town. The food is fresh and made to order now. Delivery is always on time.
It is very hard for me to ever give a one star review. I always give people the benefit of doubt. this place messed my order up and the pizza was burnt and crunchy to the point that kids wouldn’t even eat it. Before I made this review, I gave them ample time to make it right. I reached out to Papa Johns corporate. The store owner sent me an email in which I responded to and it also had his telephone number I called it and he said hello and told him what was going on just for him to sit on the other side of the phone and not say anything. I continued to try to email him as well as sending pictures. It’s going on 2 weeks and no response from the store owner. I would have been fine with them just remaking it. I would not recommend this place at all!!!

I’ll let the first time slide as accidents happen. But now that it has happened twice in the past six weeks, I have to leave a review for everyone else to avoid this location. I ordered over the phone was told 15 to 20 minutes, sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes, pulled to the window to be told that my order was not seen on the screen, and it had not been made yet. Love the excuse of “we had a lot of orders come in”. During my 20 minute wait in the parking lot, 1 car came to pickup and no one left with deliveries. Something tells me, Papa wouldn’t be happy with this location.
First time ordering was a breeze!!!
