Good fresh made to order fast service friendly I ordered over the phone and was almost immediately given deal options for any pizza for 9.99 which I gladly accepted. My order was ready the moment I arrived to pickup. I got two pies, which were absolutely delicious and 1 order of garlic knots, in which I would not recommend due to the hardness of them, as well I had ordered a couple sauces that were happily nuzzled beside one of the pizzas which helped to warm them. I was told where I could expect to locate the sauces which proved accurate. Overall I do recommend ordering from this location.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Rude Assistant Manager My wife was treated rudely at this Papa John’s by the assistant manager just for politely asking if the sauces she ordered were included. Instead of simply answering, he tapped on the boxes and told her they were inside — with an attitude. There’s no reason a paying customer should be spoken to that way. We enjoy Papa John’s food, but this kind of disrespect from management is unacceptable.

Ordered food on app to be delivered at 9:00 pm. Paid online and put leave at door because my kids were asleep. Delivery driver banged on my door for 5 minutes for a signature. (Never had to do that before.) Will not be ordering from this store again.

My husband ordered for delivery, My pizza was ice cold!!!!! And the delivery driver had a black and mild in his mouth as he handed my son our food, very unprofessional! And disgusting, I don’t want second hand smoke around my kids lunch, I’m very very disappointed

I’ve try to take a slice of pizza and it was cut really bad and unevenly, the cheese was all smeared around. I’ve tried to call 4 times and no one answered! I’ve had to ripped it apart just to get a peace of a crappy pizza, paid $25 just for a mess up pizza. Just wow
Ordered online. Extra sauces we paid for were not in the box. Callee and asked for a refund on them and was told I could come back or get them the next time, but they cannot refund just sauces. The wrong flavor was on the wings. I didn't call back about that..told everyone to eat the flavor they sent.

We have always loved Papa Johns but now that this location has switched to outside delivery we will not be using it again. Our pizza arrived well after it was promised. And then it was cold.

Ordered $60 for delivery. 2 burnt papadillas. Manager didn’t want to come to phone. When she finally did she only argued w me, said it’s their over that made it burnt and that nothing can be done. Told her to refund those 2 burnt items. She refused and said they can’t do anything about the burnt food. I told her I was going to call corporate and she said “do what you gotta do “ and actually hung up on me!!! NEVER EVER buy from this store!!!! The one in Powdersville is good. But I couldn’t get delivery from that one. This is why I’ve just been getting Doninoes. Thought I’d try Papa again since it’s been about 2 years. Nope! Back to Dominoes from now on. The photos are 2 different papadillias. So unless you like burnt food and be denied for them to replace or refund and be treated horribly by store manager, DON’T BUY!!!!!!! .
