I’ll let the first time slide as accidents happen. But now that it has happened twice in the past six weeks, I have to leave a review for everyone else to avoid this location. I ordered over the phone was told 15 to 20 minutes, sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes, pulled to the window to be told that my order was not seen on the screen, and it had not been made yet. Love the excuse of “we had a lot of orders come in”. During my 20 minute wait in the parking lot, 1 car came to pickup and no one left with deliveries. Something tells me, Papa wouldn’t be happy with this location.

I got pizza and cheesestix and neither was cut my husband just got home from hospital and was hungry got food was messed up called they said they couldn’t do anything bc my husband had started eating it they should at least have a credit or something but got nothing I will never order there again at least try to make it right after spending over $30

Did not appreciate having to sit out in my car with no ac while they cooked my order because "it somehow was deleted off the screen before being made". Could've at least offered some water for us (my one year old, my little miniature dachshund, and myself). 100% Wasn't our fault, I ordered online and paid online and showed up when it said it was ready on the tracker to be picked up.

If you order the sauces or dressings and have your order delivered, be sure to make sure they have the sauces when they deliver. I ordered 2 ranch dressings and they did not add they didn't bring it when they delivered my order of hot wings and pizza. I called and complained and they did not even offer my 2 ranch dipping sauces even tho they charged me for it. He just said that next time I ordered the hot wings he would make a note of it on my profile so they wouldn't forget ?? ruined my whole appetite for my hot wings. Also they weren't that big and the thin crust pizza wasn't too thin and it was doughy with not enough pizza sauce. Next time I will be ordering from Dominoes!!

Love this place, but after I received the text saying my food was on the way, it took 45 minutes to get to me . I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. Then I open the box and everything is burnt . Found out my order got dropped and the reason for burning my food was to speed up the process and get it to me . At that point. I’d rather wait a little longer and have un burnt food. My dogs wouldn’t even eat it. Giving three stars because every other time has be fine . Still use the restaurant and still like the food .

Quick and delicious. Moved here 6 months ago and ordered twice through the app. Both times, the food arrived super fast and hot. We are high tippers due to previous experience in the pizza industry along with delivery experience. Maybe the others rating low should try tipping their drivers? Hmm? $5 minimum plus $1 per mile.
Whatever system they use in the delivery of their food is horrible. they always send my order to the wrong address because their system is messed up. They say they change it but its still not right. I'm done with them.

Ordered 2 lg 2 toppings thin crust, the meat isn't evenly over pizza, crust is HARD, that boy on the register could care less. 1st and last time. Imma call Shaq

Put in order at 6. App said 16 min wait. Arrived 636. Signed for pizza. Was told in oven and be another 5 min. Went inside 649. Was told there's no order and they have no pizza. I told them I already signed for it. Was then told order went to another papa John's. Finally found order and refunded it. Offer to make food but didn't want to wait for another 20 min being already waited an hour at that point. Was told the app is inaccurate and can't be trusted. Was rude. Will never go back. Lost a 7 year customer.

Poor management! Never place an online order because they when they can’t deliver it will sit until they have a driver. They WILL NOT allow for you to pick it to help relief the back up. Rude service! Save your money and go elsewhere.
