We moved to the Belton area last year, and Raine's was one of the first restaurants we tried. I got the Raine's Burger with sweet potato fries. My dad got the same thing, my mom got the salmon filet, and we got mushrooms to share; The food was satisfactory. Unfortunately, with each time we got Raine's, the food slowly got worse. Recently, we had an experience that made us decide not to order this food anymore; the mushrooms were 99% water and salt, and everything else was painfully over-salted, to the point where nothing could be tasted, and the salt burned our mouths. The whole meal was like "would you like some food with your salt?" None of my family liked our meal, and we didn't even eat it all (except for the sweet potato fries, which were still pretty decent). The whole thing could've been a fluke, but the steady decline in quality, followed by the above experience, has deterred us from ordering from here again.

This place used to be good but now it is not. I ordered some fried pickles and they were nasty.

Disgusting. Grilled chicken with "chili" aka beef from a skillet thrown on it with a soggy bun. They advertised as "fried chicken sandwhich" and I added the "fixins" but all I got was cold ground beef.

First time there. It was awesome. Great food, great service, Clean restaurant. The double bacon cheese burger was great, so are the wings. Loved the fries and onion rings .

Placed online order for pickup at 7:09pm. Said it should be ready at 8:09…an hour seems long but OK, maybe busy on a Friday. Got there on time for pickup…food was cold. It was obviously ready well before 8:09. Double bad…had to wait longer than necessary and then got cold food.

Patty melt delicious. Lunch on Wednesday. Fries terrible. Service awful. Got waited on three times, not busy. 18 tables, five were in use. Still waiting on check. They ran out of coke and didn't ask to substitute. Do not recommend. Two tables left. Three in use, still no check. Awful. Finally got check. Have to pay by card. Let's see how long this takes. Another table left. Still waiting. DO NOT COME HERE! The patty melt isn't worth it. To top it off, the pen had no ink.

Clean reaustraunt, great people. Low on staff, food needs more seasoning and needs a greeter for when coming into the reaustraunt.

Our first time eating here. Our waitress Mikayla took our drink order. When we got our drinks we ordered some fried mushrooms as an appetizer. So about 10 minutes later we ordered our food. I ordered a steak melt and my wife ordered the patty melt. We sat there for 15 minutes and nothing. Our food was ready and Mikayla brought our mushrooms with our food. So we explained we didn't want them now that's why we ordered them before we ordered our food. My steak melt was okay but it was weird with swiss cheese. My wife's patty melt had way too many big long onions . After we sent the mushrooms back that was the end of our service. We didn't get any drink refills. We weren't asked how our food was or if we needed anything else. The steak and patty melts were definitely not worth $10.99 and $9.99. and this is the only restaurant that charges extra for using a card.

I enjoyed the food and the service. But the Manger or owner walked by my table 4 or more time.I smile and he didn't speak or ask me was everything ok. My first and last time there.
