Order half a pound of wings and okra for lunch. Wings were super tiny. I eat at Raines in Pendleton all the time and order the same thing and wings are always a decent size. There is no way this order weighed half a pound. Very disappointing. Especially after using door dash to get a meal that wouldn't fill my 1 year

The service at this location is horrible! It takes them 10 minutes or more to come take a drink order. Waitresses just stand around talking to one another and not taking care of the customer's needs.

We never ended up eating there. We waited over an hour to be seated and never got seated because they said they didn't have the help. They told us it would be another hour to get our food if we were seated. We as well as other potential customers walked out. The front door hostess was the only positive thing about our visit. She was great. I have eaten at other Raines establishments and they were top notch but this one will end up going down if things don't improve.

Can't recommend this place enough! I made a reservation for 22 people, we showed up and they immediately had the tables ready for us after we reminded them the number of people. We sat down and the waitress was so quick and took great care of us. After ordering the food, I got a call from Raines asking if we were still coming for our reservation. I said yes, we're actually here right now and they were very confused. Turns out I made a reservation at the wrong location. I felt terrible, but I can't thank the Williamston location enough for accommodating such a big group on such short notice. Truly great people! And the food was incredible too.
I eat here once a wk and half the time it’s good and half the time it’s not. This has happened multiple times. This is what happens when you get tenders tossed in a sauce. They just dump it on the fries and everything?♂️. The service is good, the cooks just don’t care.

Slow service, seams like severs forget what there doing . Had to ask about drinks 2 times before we received them. People came in 15min after us received food before we did. Maybe server didn't put our order in when it was placed, not sure. I ate chicken wrap, maybe 1 chicken finger in it cut up with 4 times the lettuce. Cold fries. I have eaten here before thought I would give it another try very disappointed. Very over priced for what we ate.
