This was our first time here. The best brisket I've had by far! Tender and flavorful, salty crust. The chopped pork was also very tender with no need for sauce. The staff was very friendly, nice atmosphere. I would tone down the lights, just a bit too bright. That's why I gave atmosphere a 4⭐️. We will make this a regular spot.
I ordered take out my son picked it up so I was not inside. Pull pork by the pound choice of bbq sauce. And I would drive the 7+ hours to have more of that potato salad everything was delicious
The staff was pleasant and offered to refill our drinks at the table which was unexpected at an Express restaurant. We tried the brisket and the pulled chicken both were a bit dry and we used an excessive amount of sauce. One of us liked the loaded potatoes and the other didn't. The coleslaw was just okay. With such a good reputation, I expected better and hopefully it was just an off day.
