I would never go to Hardee's unless it's for breakfast if you go for lunch or dinner you're going to get old dried food that I wouldn't even feed to my dog

on 2/28/2025 I order a 2pice comb dinner.Take it home to eat & it was dry to the bone bicuit was hard, so called and talk to the manager a I said I was bring back & give her my name. when I returned the food she had and attitude and give me $5.45 and said it couldn't been dry because I take the wing apart. This was the first time having bad service

Stopped in on the drive home, 20 minutes before closing tonight 2/26/24. Employees were nice & respectful. Food was GREAT! This was the best, freshest meal I’ve ever had from a Hardee’s! Again, this was only 20 minutes before closing!

Passing through Williston on our way to Aiken, we stopped at this Hardee’s for breakfast and lunch. Both experiences were great. The restaurant is clean. The restrooms are also clean. I got the #2 Super Star Double combo. No complaints here. This Hardee’s is a Franchise also. My in-laws stop here every time they go to Aiken. Which is monthly for the past few years.

After ordering a 3 piece chicken strip combo and waiting at the window for 5 mins (because all of the pull up spaces were full) I was asked to pull up. After pulling up and waiting an additional 10 mins, the same girl walked outside ask me what i ordered and seemed clueless. After a total of 20 mins I walked in and asked for a refund, I was told “WE COOKIN IT NOW” I asked for the night manager, she was polite and gave me a refund while the 2 girls bagging the orders laughed. The manager looked at the girls and said there is nothing funny and apologized to me along with another employee. IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE, DO BETTER. Thank you to the manager for defusing the situation and giving my refund. Hardee’s in Williston gives a new meaning to “FAST FOOD!”
Night shift is.. THE GHETTO! My daughter ordered online and picked her and her sister’s food up and the girl slammed their food on the counter.. do better! 11-5-24 845pm
