Lovely cafe with delicious food, mainly sandwiches, wraps, side dishes, desserts, and a wide selection of teas. Decorated with dark wood, white paneling, and comfy chairs and a fireplace. Very reasonable prices, excellent service. This is a gem of a place to eat and relax. We will return.

We celebrated a birthday today at Cornwallis Tea with our fabulous group all dressed in Muu Muus — and it was nothing short of magical! The staff welcomed us with big smiles and treated us like royalty from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful and warm, from the beautifully presented food and charming atmosphere. The tea selection was divine, seriously, try Fairfield Green! Thank you for making our celebration feel so special — we’ll be raving about this day for a long time!

Really sweet lunch spot. My teenage daughter loved the chicken salad sandwich (she requested hers on toast). We stopped by on our way to the Winnsboro DMV since the state closed the Blythewood branch. The drive is easy and the prices and staff at Cornwallis are hard to top!

Placed an order online and 2 weeks later I had not received the package or an update on why it was late. Emailed and received no response from the company. Called and left a message- still no response. Called and spoke to a rude gentleman on the phone. No apologies, just said he shipped it today. Likely a lie and I hope the package is still on my porch when I return from vacation. This place sucks. Don’t give them your money.

THE BEST spot in Winnsboro. Don't even bother eating anywhere else. Like seriously. Super couple who own the place.

Parking: There's a little ally beside the building. If everyone parks at the same angle, you can fit about 5 cars there. Not everyone parks at the same angle. ?

We got together with several friends from different towns in the Carolinas at Cornwallis House Tea Co.The owners were very helpful in explaining all the different teas and drinks they served.The food was tasty and the charming atmosphere provided a wonderful experience.We all enjoyed it and plan to meet there again.

The gem of Winnsboro!! Clean, comfortable atmosphere and wonderful food. (I love the turkey and fig sandwich.) My 15 year old daughter chose this place for her birthday lunch. It is always fresh and doesn't sit heavy (like so many other places). I love the husband and wife duo. Great pair. Consistently fabulous. If you haven't been here, it is worth the trip.

We were traveling and this was the only non fast food we could find and what a delight! Not only was the food good, but the owners (family) were wonderful and the local people friendly but the whole atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing. We had a wonderful time!!

This is such a classy place. Everything is homemade. I had the roast beef on subada bread side Greek salad. I've had their cream chicken chilli and their crab and lobster soup. Even the lemon squares . Everything I've tried is awesome. Love there teas it's a special part of historic Winnsboro. Main Street. Can't wait to see what soup of the day is next.

They serve here the best cheesecake I ever tried in US.

I can't say enough good things a out the Tea House! Excellent food, service and atmosphere! We stop in whenever we visit Winnsboro!
