Customer service wasn’t bad, the food was tho!! Let’s start with the fries, straight trash, bunched together and drenched in grease. The chicken was bland to be original. The crispy chicken looked appealing but was bland as well. My flavored nuggets were old and hard, the fork didn’t even penetrate it, had to pick it up with my fingers just to be disappointed even further. Winnsboro doesn’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to fast food places and it’s disappointing when going to Columbia to get good food becomes your only option.
Never as good as KFC used to be but this time was a special disappointment, what's the point of ordering online 20 minutes in advance and driving 15 minutes to get here if I'm still gonna be waiting 45+ minutes standing around in the restaurant for a pick up order? I would get it if it was a crazy busy day or a rush time maybe but it was not like that at all just really slow service. Seeing several people walk in stand in line place their orders and get their food while I waited did not help the frustration. I didn't look like or was for a lack of them working, just not working on our order. Watching the dude behind the counter handling food and scratching his nose with gloved hands was not an encouraging sign for the cleanliness of our food. Eventually the line died down and every new person that walked in decided to walk out when told how the long the wait would be even though there was no line at all. Eventually we just plain walked out when we were told there was going to be a wait for them to cook the chicken. How is there a way to cook the chicken that we ordered more than an hour before this point?

Went by three different times to order in the drive thru and was told to pull around and my order would be brought out. They forgot each time and I had to go in and ask for it. Yesterday I ordered 8 chicken tenders. The girl at the window never acknowledged my existence except to take my card and was looking in the other direction when she handed me the order. Out of the 8 tenders that I paid $20 for, 4 of them were just hard breading. Awful food quality, awful service and complete waste of money. Go down the street to Bojangles...
The service was very slow but it was understandable due to the low amount of staff and the amount of orders that they were receiving. Food was very good and the dining area was clean even with the short staff.

Worst service I've seen in a long time. I placed my order online to hopefully ensure my food would be ready when I arrived. Ordered at about 5:00 before leaving the office. The app said my order would be done around 5:15. I arrived at 5:20 to ensure it was ready because I knew they were never quick.When I walked in they had three people working. Not only was my order not ready, they haven't even seen my order was placed. So I watched as one played on her cell phone, the other looking around like she didn't know which way was up. Then the manager was getting more chicken ready to cook because they were out. So long story short. Food ordered online at approximately 5pm, arrived at 5:20 and no food, finally I was able to get my food around 5:45. No sauces for anything because they were out of everything.So if you want to wait 45 mins for food that isn't worth the money and, watch a show of incompetence then this is the place. If you want "Fast food" that is actually eatable, and competent employees then find a new place to eat.
