Drive thru is always closed, always have to wait on them to cook the food and it would say they open but he closed the kfc in winnsboro needs to do better and food be half way cook sometimes whenever you purchase the hot wings like they rushed to cook them and employee lied about merchandise as such drinks!

The wait was long, the coke was watered down no carbonation threw it in the trash while waiting on my food!The chicken was not cooked all the way. The meat was thrown away! Basically no lunch on this day!!

Was just on kfc ordered 2 12 piece nugget meals only got 1 12 piece nuggets no sides and got a 2 piece legs with slaw and Mac and cheese which was nothing I ordered the employee was too busy wanting to fight in front of customer than getting the orders rights kfcs food cost to much not to get what we wont

Food is usually pretty good. But your probably gonna be holding on chicken or something. Not sure why but most fast food places around this town wait til they run out to drop more. Otherwise good.
Very slow to greet you. Messed up my order but fixed it. It was freezing in the dining area. Drink dispenser was temporarily disfunctional. You didn't know what was coming out.

Customer service wasn’t bad, the food was tho!! Let’s start with the fries, straight trash, bunched together and drenched in grease. The chicken was bland to be original. The crispy chicken looked appealing but was bland as well. My flavored nuggets were old and hard, the fork didn’t even penetrate it, had to pick it up with my fingers just to be disappointed even further. Winnsboro doesn’t have a lot to choose from when it comes to fast food places and it’s disappointing when going to Columbia to get good food becomes your only option.
Never as good as KFC used to be but this time was a special disappointment, what's the point of ordering online 20 minutes in advance and driving 15 minutes to get here if I'm still gonna be waiting 45+ minutes standing around in the restaurant for a pick up order? I would get it if it was a crazy busy day or a rush time maybe but it was not like that at all just really slow service. Seeing several people walk in stand in line place their orders and get their food while I waited did not help the frustration. I didn't look like or was for a lack of them working, just not working on our order. Watching the dude behind the counter handling food and scratching his nose with gloved hands was not an encouraging sign for the cleanliness of our food. Eventually the line died down and every new person that walked in decided to walk out when told how the long the wait would be even though there was no line at all. Eventually we just plain walked out when we were told there was going to be a wait for them to cook the chicken. How is there a way to cook the chicken that we ordered more than an hour before this point?
