Very slow to greet you. Messed up my order but fixed it. It was freezing in the dining area. Drink dispenser was temporarily disfunctional. You didn't know what was coming out.

Never as good as KFC used to be but this time was a special disappointment, what's the point of ordering online 20 minutes in advance and driving 15 minutes to get here if I'm still gonna be waiting 45+ minutes standing around in the restaurant for a pick up order? I would get it if it was a crazy busy day or a rush time maybe but it was not like that at all just really slow service.
