The food is alright, but the customer service is terrible. No communication from the staff. I always have a 20+minute wait after my order was supposed to be finished. Especially for these prices, you're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Was not impressed with this location. I stood at the front counter for over 10 minutes before someone came up to me . I was informthey were out of drinks. Was unable to order anything. For the simple fact, there were no drinks available. The place could use a face lift.also very old inside.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. They didn't have what I wanted. The place looks dirty. I was not able to get someone on the phone.
Poor customer service ordered curbside service no came out I watched one employee clocked out and leave the other sitting down on break while I was waiting on my order when I went to get my order the young man said I was on my way after I waited 40 minutes for my order was ready

I was really excited to try the new style of pizza bc it’s the kind we eat where I’m from in Chicago and the first pizza came with literally no sauce and then they remade it and I was so excited like nbd accidents happen. The guy told my husband he made it himself and it definitely had sauce when my husband went out again to pick it up. It literally had sauce around the outer inch of pizza and no where else so 90% of the pizza is sauce less. Idk why you’d do that like if anything maybe preparing it with extra sauce would’ve been better guys or maybe just get sauce scoops that hold enough sauce for a large pizza ?
Also yes I ate the slice I was starving even though it was gross and sauce less.

The parking lot is not big enough hardly for two cars to pass or if one car is sitting beside the store you can’t hardly get into a parking spot if someone else is parked in the parking lot
