In the last 3 months, when you call to place an order, calls are answered from out of state. None have been Americans, and it's hard to understand them. 3 times straight, they didn't place my order. Out of the 7 left 2 times, we didn't get what we ordered. Out of the 5 left 2 times, we only got some of our orders, and they decided to cook something else. It's pretty bad here, and I don't go as much anymore.

Woman answered the phone but put me on hold, but didn't lock the phone down and in the background they said we ain't taking no more orders tonight and everyone in the background laughed when you walk into this place your shoes stick to the ground. It's so dirty it was 7:45

The workers were SOO high that they couldn’t understand what a Pepsi was. They loudly complained about each other, management and life in general the ENTIRE TIME. Not a single person spoke, smiled or even acknowledged us the entire time - once we finally had them to take our order. The place was dirty as hell. The bathroom was literally just hotboxed with cigarettes. ( I have pictures)We asked to dine in but DEFINITELY happy she handed me a to go box in a disgruntled fashion. What a JOKE. Management needs to check in on this. There’s no way someone approved this operation ? THANKFULLY, the cook had gloves. UNFORTUNATELY - it was undercooked to the point of inedible. Waste of time and money.-5 stars and a call to the health department

The guy taking my order was so high that he couldn’t stay awake. Received the wrong order and it was undercooked and raw. When I ask for my drinks, the employee responded by saying “go get then yourself” in a very rude tone. So I had to walk behind the counter and get them myself. The bathroom has cigarettes and ashes all over the toilet seat. There were piles of trash overflowing from the trash cans. The person making the food didn’t have on gloves and they were texting on their phone at the same time as making pizza. So gross and needs to be shut down.

One of the the best pizzas I've ever had and it's definitely worth going back love the cheese sticks not the cinnamon sticks but everything was perfect this new manager or management has changed this place

The inside of the restaurant is awful!! Everything needs to be redone all over!! Dinning room area Flooring is sticky, dirty, and the few tables that are in there are totally disgusting and weak!! Service countertop looks as if it's never been wiped/ scrubbed at all!! The bathroom, hell I was scared to even go inside of it????The kitchen area( no words can explain ) ????I guess this is why people get there orders to go!!
The new sandwich, melt is great. Crispy crust and garlic parmesan is out of this world! Fixed just right!

1) ordered a pizza online, says it would be ready in 18 minutes2) 20 minutes later, I show up to Pizza Hut to pick up my pizza.3) Cashier tells me it will be ready in 3 minutes…walks away4) A younger, dumber person who highly resembles “Bubba Gump” comes up and tells me “they forgot to put it in the oven”. Tells me another one will be ready in another 20 minutes and to come back then.5) 25 minutes pass by, I go back in, same Bubba Gump person says “didn’t I already give you your order?” Then goes to the warming station, pulls out my order, takes it back to a cook, opens it and they argue.6) Bubba Gump comes up to me and tells me the cooks didn’t put pepperoni on it, somehow thinking “peppers” and “pepperoni” meant the same thing.Don’t let your children go to Fairfield Central High School.
