I really love coming to Wendy’s for their nice burgers — they’re truly amazing! 🍔 But come on… someone needs to run a meeting twice a day for the staff about proper sanitation. The kitchen staff work without gloves, fries are scooped up with bare hands and then dropped into the shared container. Employees are wearing dirty shirts that look like they’ve been used for years without being replaced. Service was fast and the staff were friendly, which I appreciate, but the cleanliness and sanitation definitely need improvement.

A quick stop for a six piece nuggets and a burger for the road after visiting the restrooms of the attached Pilot. The restaurant was quiet and not busy when I arrived at 7:30pm.
My order did not take long and it was bagged up. I was on my way.
In the car and eating, the nuggets were neither crisp nor hot. Yes, spicy and flavored properly but not fresh. The sandwich was good.
Quality might be their recipe but the cooking needs some work.

Took 5+ minutes to get waited on. Frosty served immediately. 10 minute on salad. They forgot about me and I watched my salad sitting there. I asked if it was mine. Then they handed me the wrong salad. The chicken was dry and half of it was dark and textured like jerky. My frosty was mostly melted.
Their food was good just needed to tell them what I wanted on my burger

Sad to see an iconic corporation of my lifetime, fall so far from grace. I remember when they made their patties fresh each day. The vegetables were ripe and delicious. Nothing was better after a tough day working and for lunch, I would get a double combo. Now I see nothing that resembles the amazing fast food giant of my youth.
