Front of house staff/ cashiers were very polite and pleasant. They also had a very positive attitude, were courteous and attentive despite the restaurant being very busy. Food was hot, fresh, and served in a timely manner even though we came during the peak of the lunch rush. Food and especially service was better than I am accustomed to receiving from similar businesses. Thank you.

There are only 3 Pilot / Flying J locations that I have been to and if it has a Wendys I am in! This location did not dissapoint. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff, and most important, what I consider the best burger anywhere! Thanks for the great meal after 1500 miles on the road in the laat 2 days... I needed a great satisfying meal.Parking: Big parking lot in a truck stop chainKid-friendliness: Nice people there so yea they love kiddosWheelchair accessibility: It is very accessible and the location has hadicap washroom facilies and is clean

This restaurant was neat and fairly well-maintained. The service was quick and the food was hot and fresh. I enjoyed being able to get fresh coffee, bottled water, and fuel for the car all in one stop.My only issue is my standard 1-star deduction for there being a wet floor sign on a dry floor long forgotten by someone. Cleaning supplies should not be left within customers' view.Overall not a bad stop for a gas station.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome.

Got the order wrong, ask for classic hamburger they gave chicken sandwich. Got salad with chicken. It was dried and hard old tossed that. But yet quick to charge.

Cold fires and liquid frosty. Very disappointing as I don't often treat myself to fast food. The front counter employee was nice.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. My husband came here this evening after working all night long and still has a very long night of work ahead of him decided to come in here and order the bacon double stack biggie bag and his food was RAW!! Meat was pink, bacon was undercooked, and nuggets were undercooked as well. If my husband gets sick or gets food poisoning from this I will be in contact with corporate and Health and Safety and have your store shut down. Get it together and get it together fast. Your employees shouldn't even be serving this food to him or to anyone! Thank you.
