This "restaurant", if you can even call it that, was servicing customers food out of stainless steel bands covered in plastic shopping bags, so dishes did not have to be washed. Though the bathroom was clean, the entirety of the floor was covered in grease and was slippery. The manager on shift, Crystal, when called about the situation acted completely unaware, when at first admitted to serving the food out of plastic bags; she also never put on gloves, even after touching a customers personal phone went back to touching and preparing meals. Never once did I see her wash her hands after that specific incident, after touching her hair or face. She also wasn't very knowledgeable on how to handle refunds from online orders. When we first arrived, it was overheard, her talking to a young female employee. She stated that no more food was being prepared so they would be out in time, with 2 almost 3 whole hours left until closing. Personal drinks were all over the establishment, as well as personal food. Within the hour or so we were there, a total of 2 orders were made, turning away many customers in the process, "for lack of food". There was plenty of food to be prepared, and plenty of time to do so. Huge concern for the people of the community, I HIGHLY suggest not eating here.

First of all, I’m a very loyal customer. When i go to Bojangles i always get the family variety box and 6 sauces (3 honey mustard and 3 bbq) today the lady wanted to argue with me and only gave me 3. Plus the didn’t have enough chicken so we substituted chicken for supremes. Okay 4 extra supremes and no extra sauce. Make that make sense. She was rude and very disrespectful. Would even consider making sure the customer was satisfied and even try to make it right. Walk off while i was talking to her and call herself in charge. Bojangles y’all need to get some employees that refuses to let your customers leave unhappy cause I’m piss.

I was just at Bojangles I ordered my breakfast and sat down to eat and I was sitting down in front of the window that they have to make the biscuits at and there was a guy in there making the biscuits he would look at his phone and put in back in his pocket and start making biscuits with no gloves on and didn’t wash his hands then I ate half of my biscuit and I saw him 3 times wipe his running nose with his hands and still continue to make biscuits again without washing his hands and without gloves and that is just nasty people are eating unsanitary food they so needless to say, I did not finish my food, and I threw my food in the trash when I should’ve asked for my money back they need to pay more attention to what the people are doing around the food so I definitely will not be going back

Terrible experience, no chicken sandwiches, hateful and sarcastic employees, I used to eat here 2 to 3 times during the work week but sadly after the way I was treated at this location, won't be going back, I wish everyone there the very best as we all move forward.

Some of the most rudest workers work here! They almost caused me to get into a wreck because of how unorganized it is. They need to get it together. Disgraceful company.
Every time I stop here to eat your window agent fails to get my complete order to the bag. I’m sick and tired of paying high prices for food orders and not getting what I ordered. You need to do more training. Less talking on the food line so the window agent can hear.

I eat at this location every day the people the food and the service are beyound amazing!!!!!! They are short staffed alot of the time but go above and beyound to take care of their customers. They all deserve consideration and appreciation. They have both from me.

The food is hit or miss at this location. I know by who takes my order what kinda service to expect. They have a generally good staff that is always very pleasant. However, the long wait times just to get cold fries and tough chicken more often than not, is what makes it a 3-star experience.

Until she is Fired or relocated me & family, Friends Will Not Be Going to Woodruff Bojangles Again.Yes she is that Poor of a Manager needs 2 Be Fired or retrained she just doesn't know how to do her job correctly.
