Embarrassing situation occurred this morning. After ordering my food my debit card payment was declined at the window. With a smile and a “ don’t worry about it”the woman at the window insisted in giving me my food without making me feel embarrassed. I returned later that day to settle my debt. What great customer service! They go above and beyond what is expected at a fast food restaurant! Thank you Burger King of Woodruff SC for hiring the best people to represent your brand. I’ll be back!

This is the saddest burger king. Not because of the building (it's nice enough inside), but because of the employees. A bunch of unmotivated, slow moving and rude people.

Went thru the drive thru ordered jalapeño bites. Drive thru lady asked me what kind of sauce. I said I didn't know. She said get the ranch. So I said okay and it ended up being a great day!

Dud drive thru. Don't eat much, just ordered the original chicken sandwich but very good. Many placed down here don't seem to cook their fries thoroughly but bks is willing to cook them a little extra for me if I order the combo
My husband mistakenly ordered a plain chicken sandwich , he took it to the counter and told them what he did and the staff fixed the sandwich just the way he liked it. Top notch customer service.

Waited in drive through 10 min at screen..finally ordered..then got wrong soda..and had to pull ahead for order and wait for food...Absolutely horrible
