Went thru the drive thru ordered jalapeño bites. Drive thru lady asked me what kind of sauce. I said I didn't know. She said get the ranch. So I said okay and it ended up being a great day!

Dud drive thru. Don't eat much, just ordered the original chicken sandwich but very good. Many placed down here don't seem to cook their fries thoroughly but bks is willing to cook them a little extra for me if I order the combo

My husband mistakenly ordered a plain chicken sandwich , he took it to the counter and told them what he did and the staff fixed the sandwich just the way he liked it. Top notch customer service.

Waited in drive through 10 min at screen..finally ordered..then got wrong soda..and had to pull ahead for order and wait for food...Absolutely horrible

Best Burger King that i have visited in a very long time. Every time that I am in Woodruff, I eat here, and have yet to be disappointed. Food is always fresh and hot and is very much like the BK food of the 1970s.
