My family and I come through the drive-thru for both breakfast and dinner and we love this location. The staff is always very sweet and professional, our food is always correct, fresh, and tasty. This is the best Burger King location we’ve been to anywhere!

I have no financial stake in this business nor do I personally know anyone who works there. But this BK is outstanding in everyday, day in and day out! Hard working folk! Thank you! ... This is an excellent restaurant. 45 years ago I was a manager of a competitor brand restaurant. Our store led in every category in a very competitive market. So I know at least a little about well-run, customer-valuing restaurants. The Woodruff Burger King provides a superior fast food dining experience. The staff are friendly. The food is delicious. I appreciate the pride evident in their work!

I stopped there to get a quick bite and I got a cheeseburger a kids meal, the fries were hot but the cheeseburger was not, the bun was not heated, they just took it out of the pack and made my sandwich and the meat wasn't freshly ran through the griller, it wasn't as cold as the bun was but it was bearly warm, not freshly cooked. I use to work at Burger King so I know about how food is cooked there.

Went here before church and ordered a sausage biscuit cini mini, and French toast, chicken biscuit n 3 orange juice, asked what size said medium, get to window gives us our drink gets the money n then our food closed window had to get her come bk bc we didn't get our orange juice said she didn't here us we pull off open the bag and no chicken biscuit nor hash browns but if she didn't hear us how we get a drink with the order wasn't happy with service this morning

Horrible service. Nasty inside. Food and trash are clearly visible on the floor. The cashier was so rude to my mother that I left the food I’d paid for to prevent making a scene. You get what you pay for.

Embarrassing situation occurred this morning. After ordering my food my debit card payment was declined at the window. With a smile and a “ don’t worry about it”the woman at the window insisted in giving me my food without making me feel embarrassed. I returned later that day to settle my debt. What great customer service! They go above and beyond what is expected at a fast food restaurant! Thank you Burger King of Woodruff SC for hiring the best people to represent your brand. I’ll be back!
