My wife and I had never eaten there, so when she was shopping nearby, someone gave her I think a BOGO coupon that was about to go out of date. She odered two foot longs. Brought mine home to me. It was a Buffalo chicken. The sub was a mess. Whoever prepared it put so much buffalo sauce on it that the bread was soggy when I unwrapped it. My wife didn't ask for extra Buffalo sauce. I was a bit upset, to say the least, but I put a bib on and ate it with a knife and fork. I can't complain about the flavor because the sub did taste good.

Excited another quick lunch option opened in Woodruff. Have been here multiple times since they have opened. Ordered online a few times, in store a few times, and have always had great service and no issues with my food. I feel like the bread here is slightly better, in that, it doesn't seem as dried out as other Jersey Mike's locations I've been to. Will continue to get food here in the future.

They always forget a sandwich when we have a large order… we spent $77 on an order and 2 items were missing. Because I wasn’t given a receipt I was unable to get my money back or the food corrected. It’s happened 3 times, I try to give them the benefit of the doubt being new but they need more help and training.

My partner just brought lunch back to our home andI had asked for the portobello mushroomed sandwich with bacon grilled onions and peppers. All it had on it was mushrooms. Their whole vat of lettuce was turning brown. I asked if I could have fresh lettuce on my sandwich and they looked at me funny. I'm not paying 10.00 for half a sandwich with brown lettuce on it. A gentleman who looked to be the manager acted like he had an attitude about bringing out fresh lettuce. They did bring it out and put it on my sandwich for me. The atmosphere was chaotic and food was subpar. I won't be spending my money there again any time soon.
