I put in an online order right before an ice storm, and was surprised they were open.

Went to get the online order and they had a sign saying they were closed for the ice storm. I see a woman and child in the store so I get really confused. They both come up to the door and point to the sign rudely.

I totally get closing for an ice storm, but then don’t accept online orders and don’t be surprised you’re still getting customers when there’s no ice storm yet, your lights are on, drive thru lights are on, and there’s families in the store for some reason.

I have to dispute the charge with my bank now because McDonalds still charged me for nothing. Won’t be coming back.

Genuinely every time I come here I am somehow waiting 15 minutes at the drive through because they tell me to “wait just a moment”. I don’t know if they are trying to make their times seem better but it’s awful

Last weekend no one taking orders kiosks down, no communication just a staff member standing. Today just way to long of a wait they weren't willing to take orders and told us so for min 5 minutes. No biggie ate at home.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s in America. It’s always slow and the product is poorly prepared. On Dec. 21 about 2 pm I ordered some chicken nuggets and fries to my grandchildren who I was watching. I parked in the curbside and waited almost 40 minutes before I went to see what was up. When I went I they were busy, but I thought I saw someone preparing my order, so I went back out to the car to wait. 15 minutes later still no order. Tried to go back in again, but all the doors were locked!!!! At 2:45 on a Sunday! The drive thru had cars backed up and people were pulling up and trying go to go in and turning around. Called the store, no answer. So I just threw $20 out the window and still had to feed my grandkids. I called three times over the next week and got NO ANSWER!!!!! I filed a complaint on the app and a week and a half later not so much as a “we got your complaint”. I guess when your one of two burger places in town you can suck and still rake it in. Oh well, no one should eat this crap anyway.

A person was very rude it wasn’t even 7 and the door we didn’t go through was locked we accidentally went through the exit and he yelled at us he doesn’t have a name tag but INCREDIBLY rude

Been going downhill for quite some time. I waited in the drive thru for 15 mins and was never addressed. I don’t know what these people got going on but they’re not concerned with customer service. AT ALL.

This place is terrible I don't understand why anyone gives this place money or how this place hasn't shut down yet. The service is trash they take 20-30 mins just to take a mobile order and the place still states on here it's 24 hrs. Spoiler! It's not they close around midnight nowadays but haven't updated it for the past month. I waited for a while I'm not too impatient but It does get to a point. I waited like 5-10mins then when no one said anything I said hello? The guy said hold on please alright no problem waited another 10mins said hello? No response seems to be ignoring me I waited a little longer and then I said whatever I'll go somewhere else I pull around and this guy is taking his sweet time getting change for one car in the drive-thru just one. Mind you when I pulled up to the speaker there was only like three cars in line. They literally focused on the three cars before even starting the next order... And this isn't just today it's been trash service every time I come here but not anymore. I refuse to visit this location or any McDonald's again. They ruined it for me 🤣 I always liked BK better and the funny part is the local BK always delivers and have never been slow or gotten my order wrong. Please go somewhere else and give other places your money besides a multi-billion dollar franchise who wouldn't care what or how they serve you.

Homeless people using this restaurant as a campout spot and loiter asking for handouts. Service inside took 15 minutes to even acknowledge us, and when the old man working the front saw us, told us to "go use the kiosk" I mentioned I have cash to pay. He then said "everyone has a card go use a card", how rude.
Maybe if they could get some coherent managers who aren't stricken with dementia they could bump their rating up from a 2.5 star, I get it's McDonald's, but this one is truly horrible.
