Homeless people using this restaurant as a campout spot and loiter asking for handouts. Service inside took 15 minutes to even acknowledge us, and when the old man working the front saw us, told us to "go use the kiosk" I mentioned I have cash to pay. He then said "everyone has a card go use a card", how rude. Maybe if they could get some coherent managers who aren't stricken with dementia they could bump their rating up from a 2.5 star, I get it's McDonald's, but this one is truly horrible.

Waited for 57 minutes for dinner, for the fries to be almost cold and the food to have stuff I asked to remove. Additionally, saw one of the managers having an argument with another customer while waiting for my food. All of this with 5 or 6 employees in the kitchen. Worst fast food experience I've ever had.

Couldn't tell you, 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker with no one answering, parked to go inside and passed two employees smoking dope on the side of the store. Once inside, placed my order by the machine just to find out that the system was not taking payments. The counter was no help either, poor showing.

Went to this location after a basketball game. Ordered at the kiosk but the kiosk said we needed to pay at the counter no problem. Someone came and took payment. We got a large chocolate shake and 2 mcflurrys. The shake they didn't have whipped cream for. No biggie. But they handed us a white shake. My husband told them this is supposed to be chocolate and they tried telling him it was. It indeed was NOT! it indeed didn't have any chocolate in it at all. Change the bag prime the machine not hard. Our 2 mcflurrys we got were only half full with ice cream if I wanted the smaller size one I would have ordered it🙄 the toppings weren't mixed in there per McDonald's rules. Next time I will wait til I get back to Spartanburg to get something

The only way to get fresh food that u shoukd receive anyway is to order something and customize it
I gave this rating because every time I visit this location. Which is the only one on Woodruff. They are always having "technical issues" or something is out of order to where you cannot place an order. The Night shift is the worst! They really come to work to turn customers away & make free money. Im surprised they are even able to operate without much business due to the restaurant always having problems.
