Has gone terribly downhill in the last few years. Now you can't even get what you ordered they just give you what they feel like

Worthless, They continually run out of medium pieces and I tried to order online and the only pizza they had available was large pizzas even though I didn’t need a large pizza so I asked if they could honor a medium price and they said they could not and it’s a corporate issue. I asked them who manages their inventory and they said that they do. I asked if they would be willing to work with me at all on the large pizzas and they said no and told me that I could just go somewhere else if I was not willing to pay for the large. It’s not a matter of money. it’s the lack of caring. Management is worthless along with their half ass staff. This is the fourth time that they have ran out of medium pizzas. Tired of giving them chances.

This place won’t last much longer. Cost $30 more to call or in person than it cost to order online. Pizza was terrible. Pepperoni pizza had a total of 4 pepperoni on it. “Original” crust was thin and brittle. All around wouldn’t recommend this location. Make the drive to Simpsonville!

This is hands down the worst app and store experience I’ve ever had. This location promotes specials that are supposed to work online—they don’t. At all. You try to place an order and the deals either disappear or never apply. When you call the store, they try to charge you DOUBLE for something as simple as medium pizzas. Customer service is a joke—completely unhelpful and borderline rude. This place is a disaster from top to bottom. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. Never again.

Ordered a medium pepperoni sausage and green peppers. Hardly any condiments on it. Will not be going back. Big rip off. Let me know if you find more than three pepperoni. Did have at least four pieces of green peppers. Again big rip off.

You know what’s worse than one Papa John’s Pizza? Two Papa John pizzas. We’ve been ordering here for years and the place has gone downhill. It really comes down to management and it has poor management at this location. Unfriendly and unwilling to correct something when they mess up. I reached out to corporate and they said they reached out to this management team to follow up and I never heard from anybody. The last time we ordered all the pizzas were extremely dry like there was zero sauce and barely any toppings, even though we paid for extra cheese. We literally threw it away because it was that disgusting. I’ve never threw it away pizza before my life because I’m not that picky. It’s unfortunate because typically, I like Papa John’s, but I refuse to eat ever again at this one unless the management changes in the future. We do live in a small town, but there’s other options that are better than this.

Is this what Papa John's consider to be original? I've been getting original my whole life and the crust has never been so THIN. Now I do blame myself for not looking at the pizza before I drove off from the drive thru but what bringing me to this point is, I called to let them know the mistake and even said I'm not looking for my money back or anything because I was at work and hungry by time I noticed. The lady whom claimed to be the manager said that upper management change portion size for the dough. Which confuses me on why they still have flat bread pizza as an option online if all the pizza will be this flat?? I mean it can't get any flatter. I'm convinced that was a lie. Not sure this place will have me as a customer anytime soon.

For the second time within the past couple of months a pizza we have ordered has been wrong. This time my husband had driven all the way home and I noticed the pizza for my son and me wasn't correct. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and black olives, but only black olives were on it.
I called and said calmly that the pizza was incorrect. After explaining this, the employee asked what it was that I wanted. Well, as I told him, common sense would tell someone that I would like the pizza I ordered. He continued telling me something that I could not understand. I finally put my husband on the phone, so that maybe he could understand what the employee was saying. This employee tried offering a credit on a future pizza. That is what they offered the last time too and I was understanding and let it go. I never did try to take them up on this offer since I had no actual proof of this "credit".
All I wanted was the pizza that I ordered, but apparently they are either too cheap or lazy to remake the actual pizza ordered.
My husband asked who the owner or manager was and the employee claimed he didn't know. He also got a bit of an attitude with my husband too after he had asked when the manager would be there.
I highly doubt we'll be going back to this location.

I’m just trying to make it clear. If I have to pay for a pizza, I will never be here again because they have terrible service and they don’t care about. Also the pizza was not what I asked for and they didn’t even care about neither.

The food is good if they could get it right. My last two orders have been incorrect. I don't know if they have new management or what the issue is, but this location used to never let me down. Disappointed they can't read an online order and get it right. For what this food costs, they need to DO BETTER. I did speak with the manager who remade my order, but he spoke over me the whole time I was on the call explaining the situation. He could really use some better customer service skills. Learn how to yield when the customer speaks because we the ones out here buying this stuff keeping you in business.

I ordered a burger , onion & jalapeño pizza 4 of the 8 pieces had one piece of burger on it and one jalapeño slice ! May as well have ordered an onion and cheese pizza ! And the girl at the register double checked it !?
