We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon and black olives but received it without the buffalo chicken when I called to let them know about the mistake they told me that I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza without the chicken okaaaaay!!!!! Anyway needless to say they will not be getting anymore of our business.also when I got there to get my order the employee was sitting in their car I must have woke them up I think the best way to handle it would have been I'm sorry may I fix your order please but that's the generation we live in now sad sad sad.

I ordered the Margherita Pizza with tomato and basil pesto. What I got and what the picture looks like are two different things. I also ordered boneless wings with 4 additional sauces for them and only got 2. I had it delivered so I was pissed I had to go out and take it back for a refund. They offered to remake it and re-deliver, but it was pitiful looking anyway. I didn't want a round two. I took the whole Pizza back to them. I was told it looked like the picture except the basil pesto was missing. I'm not sure what picture they were looking at, but it wasn't the one they advertise on the app. The lady told me it was the kid's first week who made my pizza. My bad for assuming the cook can follow the pictures. They did give me a refund, and my extra sauces that I paid for, but I won't be ordering from there again...EVER. I guess it's my fault for trusting others to prepare my food, and to prepare it correctly. Lesson learned.

Very bad customer service! I ordered online and then realized I made a mistake and called the store less than two minutes later and they refused to allow me to change my order. I would’ve paid the difference if needed but they didn’t even give me the option. You get better service at McDonald’s in Woodruff and that’s saying a lot!

We live in Woodruff so we love ordering from here. The pizza is delicious everytime we order. The delivery is always right on time. Must say, Saturday night pizza was amazing this weekend 3/29/25.
