This location has the rudest management and quite lazy. Stephanie, not management material. And at least 80% of the staff is just as rude and ignorant to the menu or special instructions that are simple.
I have never had an issue with ordering a Venti sized drink and asking to have it placed in a Trenta sized cup at any other Starbucks from Greenville, SC to Frederick, MD.
This place is the only one that claims there is a Starbucks Corporate policy that forbids them from putting a smaller desired order in a larger cup, period.
The first time that I asked for a Venti in a Trenta cup was just four days ago. And at that time, the manager called the new General Manager and was told that it was perfectly fine, as long as the customer knew that the large cup had a smaller size in it.
Today, the shift manager was back to parroting the same line of its against Corporate policy and refused to confirm with the General Manager.
i came in to get water and they refused to give me some. all i wanted was water and the lady couldn’t give me any. she told me i could buy a bottle and i couldn’t understand why i couldn’t have a cup??? it was very much insane to me. i don’t support starbucks anymore.
The coffee and food is delicious and comes out fast every time. The employees are so kind and very nice.
Needed a place to hang out while waiting to look at houses in the area. Very clean, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

This is my go to Starbucks! Y'all need to give all them a raise, they go above and beyond for me & literally even when they are busy and have a million things to do they still give you their absolute best ESPECIALLY the regular morning shift!

We just got yelled at by the employee for no particular reason . Horrible!!!
I hope he just had a bad day and he (Asian looking dude) is not always like this. Otherwise I don’t see how people will ever go back here. We definitely won’t.
Wish management will see this and have a little chat with their employees about what customer service is all about.

Peppermint Frappuccino? More like mouthwash Frappuccino. It is awful. It is so much better when the ppl know what they are doing.
Honestly, this is the one of the best starbucks I have been to in the upstate. If Miller is working the drive thru, you know you're going to get your correct order with a positive attitude. A+

I payed for the biggest size they had and they gave me the smallest size and overcharged me and forced me to take it.
I love this Starbucks. The staff is amazing and the drinks are always good. This is my go-to Starbucks in the morning and sometimes afternoon!

The coffee tastes burnt. I've tried multiple times (only on the weekend) and it's always burnt. I love the coffee on John B White Sr Blvd in spartanburg though
People are nice but I've lost hope In the coffee tasting right at this point. If you're desperate you can drown it in cream and sugar.

I go to this Starbucks and get multiple drinks for me and my coworkers and today they got mad at me because I asked for my drinks to be remade because they weren’t made right almost every single time they don’t make them right and I also got told that they were talking about me to my coworkers very unprofessional makes me not want to go back to this location and this was a manger at that I work next door as a manager and do not treat my employees or customers like this at all. I’ve spent 400$ this month on Starbucks and this is how I’m treated

First, this restaurant has a "C" restaurant rating. I wish I knew that before I placed my order. I placed an online order & I picked it up. I truly wished I had canceled my order once I saw the rating. Needless to say, yuck! I ordered a breakfast burrito and the meat was raw. It was also barely filled--just a lot of dough.
I dropped a piece on the floor and even my dog wouldn't eat it. That says a lot!
