The coffee tastes burnt. I've tried multiple times (only on the weekend) and it's always burnt. I love the coffee on John B White Sr Blvd in spartanburg though People are nice but I've lost hope In the coffee tasting right at this point. If you're desperate you can drown it in cream and sugar.

I go to this Starbucks and get multiple drinks for me and my coworkers and today they got mad at me because I asked for my drinks to be remade because they weren’t made right almost every single time they don’t make them right and I also got told that they were talking about me to my coworkers very unprofessional makes me not want to go back to this location and this was a manger at that I work next door as a manager and do not treat my employees or customers like this at all. I’ve spent 400$ this month on Starbucks and this is how I’m treated

First, this restaurant has a "C" restaurant rating. I wish I knew that before I placed my order. I placed an online order & I picked it up. I truly wished I had canceled my order once I saw the rating. Needless to say, yuck! I ordered a breakfast burrito and the meat was raw. It was also barely filled--just a lot of dough.
I dropped a piece on the floor and even my dog wouldn't eat it. That says a lot!

I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. The drinks are consistent and the service is quick. Kim always makes sure the cup is clean before she hands it to you. She is an absolute delight. I always look forward to hearing her bright, cheerful voice.

Just bought 2 javas and a caramel ribbon and they are actually the worst drinks I've gotten from them yet. They were all very runny and way to much milk in them. I couldn't even taste the 2 expresso shots in mine. I usually have a great experience and get the best drinks. I am there everyday either this one or the one on John b white. And they have never been that bad. So whoever making them a little less milk pls.
This sounds super cliche but I was not having a good day so I stopped through Starbucks to get me a cake pop and pink drink to cure my pregnant girl emotions, I got exceptional customer service by the girl at the window. Her name was Liv. She was sooo sweet and honestly she made my whole day so much better being so sweet. Y’all did good hiring that girl cause she is definitely so so sweet! Oh and the cake pops were nice and sweet too:)

I've been to this location numerous times over the past week and the service, food and overall experience has been wonderful.My only issue is that I've paid extra for a mocha drizzle on a predominantly caramel drink and twice they haven't included it. It's not much but it is an extra cost and it changes the flavor of the drink which I like, so I'm annoyed with that.

I go to this Starbucks very often to do my schoolwork :) it's always great! The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The people are incredible! I wanted to give special shout-outs to each and every one of them. But a true stand-out is Liv! She works so hard and her positive mood is infectious. Exactly the kind of worker we need in the mornings :)

I have been getting reoccurring payments from this specific location in my bank account for numerous times a week, even multiple times a week. Idk how but someone in this Starbucks has got access to my Starbucks app and is purchasing things for theirselves on days I don’t even go! I have called corporate but I will never be going back to this store again! Be careful handing them your app to scan or your card.

I went to this location while I was working doing pest control services..I wanted 2 hot white chocolate mochas..when I pulled around to pay I noticed the girl was on her phone and was absolutely not paying attention..I waited and waited for the longest..she then collected the money ..then waited 5 more minutes to receive my coffee ..when I finally received it ..it wasn't what I had originally ordered..I ordered 2 hot white chocolate mochas ..I was handed 2 cold iced white chocolate mochas that was inside of the cups that was meant to be for hot beverages..management needs to do better on hiring the right people that can do a good job and not be too busy on there phones and get the orders correct on the first go round ..if looking for a good Starbucks please don't go here ..go else where ..you will be very disappointed at this location..
