Ordered subs online, went to pick up in store and have to listen to the employees bicker about whether or not my order was done. Received my order and they forgot the churro, but made one real quick.
Took the order back to eat and one of the subs was missing 3 toppings and had two toppings only on one side of the sub. The churro was extremely tough, dry, and overall unpleasant.
I would not go here again, in its current state. Might possibly try it in a year to see if it changes, but very doubtful.

Went there for lunch 8/27/24. 3 young people to wait on you that all moped around like their dog just died. Told the guy there was a pepper cap in the pepper twice and he ignored and rolled up the sandwich anyway. We left. Didn't want the sorry service or food

This is one of the worst Subway locations in the area! I eat at Subways two or three times a week. This location has some of the worst customer service by far. Most of the young people that work there are pretty friendly and agreeable, BUT there are several that have awful attitudes. If you frequent this location you are familiar with the two females that do. If that's not bad enough went in today and they tried to skimp on the amount of meat they are putting on the sandwiches. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go to the Subway in Ft. Inn where the staff is friendly and the sandwiches are made to specifications.

The vegetables that were out looked like they were already past expiration date. The lettuce looked old. Cucumbers had colored spots on it. The spinach looked wrinkled with dark spots. Etc and etc. I ordered a bowl and the girl look at me weird when I asked her if I could get croutons with that. Shaking her head no as if I said something gross. Unfortunately this is the closest subway here.

Subway isn't what it used to be. This particular one is pretty good. It's clean inside and the staff is usually nice.

i ordered thru mobile app for the first time and i won’t do it again, i only did it bc i’m cramping really bad and didn’t want to leave my car. i ordered turkey cheese mayo COLD so it takes zero time, placed my order at 10:50 been here since 11, since then i’ve seen not one person work on my sandwich and three people have pulled up and left with their food. i tipped too so i will still be coming back and not tipping anymore. i always come here, i guess mobile app is just not the way to do it. i’ve also worked for subway and i never treated customers this way. it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make a footling turkey cheese and mayo. blonde girl working who is usually nice and a bigger lady with glasses, only come here if you go inside bc online orders are not prioritized.

Just two little teenage girls running the place and neither one of them could take the correct order.

I want to say thank you for being kind. I had just went to a similar establishment nearby, and they were not, but I still paid for my wrong sandwich and left. That's when I decided to go to Subway. The blonde girl that took my order was extremely nice, listened to what I ordered, and was busting her tail multitasking. All of the employees were nice to each other. I got exactly what I wanted and left in a better mood than the one I went in with.I didn't take my receipt, but I went in this evening around 7:15pm and ordered a 6" grilled chicken sub to go. The girl that took my order had long blonde hair. She's doing a great job and deserves a shout out!
