I want to say thank you for being kind. I had just went to a similar establishment nearby, and they were not, but I still paid for my wrong sandwich and left. That's when I decided to go to Subway. Usually I go inside to order but I'm sick right now & chose to go through the drive-thru. I placed my order, the young man was very nice (I think it might have been his first job). I thanked him & drove home. I took the sandwich out and opened it up, the order was correct except for 1 thing...the bread was so tough I couldn't eat it. Never had that happen before. No, I didn't order it toasted & it wasn't toasted. I wound up just putting the ingredients...
