So many workers in there and everyone is just struggling. No one can give the right order. It looks like they messed up everyone’s orders. This location is just bad.

I have never been to Zaxby’s.
I have gone to this place twice just to see what was so special.
Food was cold and the staff is rude! I will not eat at this place ever again. Wife just went today and she said was disappointed as well.
I’ll go to a different Zaxby’s from now on

The food was horrible !!! We got two to go chicken finger plates. Everything tasted like salt ! All we could taste was salt !!! We could not taste our chicken, fries or even the garlic on the garlic bread. Everything tasted like pure brine !! Some salt is ok but people please!!! I did NOT come to pay this much money for brine that we could NOT eat and ended up putting in the trash !! I will NEVER eat from there again !!!!

Zaxby's in Woodruff SC Has the Best Customer Service & Chicken in Woodruff SC.If anything goes wrong with ur order the Manager will make it right . I ordered a Cobb Salady eggs were left out . I went back Fixed no issues. I stopped going 2 Bojangles in Woodruff SC Bc their manager she is so unprofessional & untrained when it comes to customer service. Without Good Customer Service.The Food will not be good either. Thxs Zaxby's

They went above and beyond to fix a situation from a different zaxbys outstanding service and amazing people

I had a flat, so I pulled into Zaxbys asked, if it was fine for me to wait on triple A & Jack the General Manager proceeded to go above and beyond to help me beyond belief he took time out of his night to come out and change my flat tire, He seems like a stand up guy and was very respectful the entire time asked if I needed a drink while I waited and everything so thankful! Situations like this make me believe in humanity again.
