Zaxby’s in Woodruff is always a great experience! The staff is friendly, fast, and they go out of their way to make sure your order is right. One thing I really appreciate is that they offer discounts to first responders, huge respect for that! And if you haven’t tried the loaded fries yet, you’re seriously missing out, they’re packed with flavor and always hit the spot. The food is consistently fresh, and the portions are generous. Easily one of the best spots in town for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

Everytime I order online you miss something in order one time was egg rolls this time is coleslaw
Asked for no ice they loaded drink with ice. French fries were not cooked all way through
Terrible food. And the wings are always cold.
If you like waiting for 30min for your food in the drive thru and not receive the right food this is the place for you.
My grilled chicken sandwich you couldn’t bite through because the consistency was rubber. I got 1/3 the full amount of fries and I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. I eat out often and this was by far the worst meal I’ve had in a very long time (this is my first ever time reviewing anything it’s not my style. However this was down right inedible

So many workers in there and everyone is just struggling. No one can give the right order. It looks like they messed up everyone’s orders. This location is just bad.
