Cashiers inattentive. Placed order at 09:40 and was handed a coffee cup. Went to fill coffee, they’re out. Go to front to advise and told “you gotta go next door to da stoe,” as if I would have known thats acceptable… then proceeded to wait for my food. Many customers come and gone facing the awful attitude of the employees. I stood there clearly waiting still, and finally at 10:05 i asked what the status is for my food and got a snarky response “i been had called your name a while ago.” I ensured them they had not as I was standing there the whole time, and received another reply of “yeah I did, i called yo name a while ago.” I advised they called a “Brad” but not a “Brandon,” then took my food and left. Whats more bothersome is that I stood there next to other waiting customers for so long and was never questioned as to what I am waiting on and when I give the benefit of the doubt and decide to query the status I am confronted with aggressiveness by people paid for this. Hardees needs to look at the reviews and consider a staffing overhaul, perhaps I should have too before coming here. Wont happen again tho.
Waited to order breakfast when just 9 minutes left until lunch menu change I wanted breakfast and still had time to have it manager says we had to finish filling orders that paid then she says there is no eggs left this was on 12/21 at 10:30 and I was in line at 10:20

Service is extremely slow and this is a big downfall for a truck stop restaurant. Drink machine is down so you have to go into the store area for drinks. Also if you are going to train a new employee a manager should be nearby to make sure the correct items are being rung in so customers receive what they are trying to order. And $$$$

This place never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 years and the most memorable experience is that your food is either wrong or cold. I was hoping that maybe the 3rd time would be a charm but nope, complete trash. The Staff doesn’t even say hello when you say it to them. They are truly just there to collect a pay check. I will NEVER eat here again.
