Yemassee do better. Bathroom hasnt been cleaned in days. Several used pads, tampons and dirty diapers all over floor, trash in every stall is overflowing. Main trash overflowing and stacked with diapers and papertowels spilling out on to the floor. Pee on floors. Few unflushed toilets. Roaches crawling around the toilets. I was absolutely shocked at the pure filth. We walked out because I refuse to change my babys diaper there. Very unsanitary and also afraid what the kitchen looks like if bathroom is this bad.I have video and pictures in comments. Absolutely nasty

The girl at the window handing out food on 12/22/24 at 7pm had to be the rudest, most unpleasant worker I’ve met in my entire life. Even when I tried to be friendly, she just glared at me. I don’t usually write these kind of reviews but she was particularly horrible.

Disgusting! Place was filthy with trash cans all full and trash now on the floor. Had ants on the first table we sat at. Ladies room was also filthy and most stalls had no toilet paper. Paper towel dispensers empty. Place was very crowded. Only had 2 operating kiosks. Urinal in men’s room was out of order. After waiting 25 minutes and our food order was still not ready…we walked out. Only stopped here since we were traveling and wanted a quick stop off of I95.

At 8am the inside was closed and we had to do the drive thru, which was SUPER SLOW. It took 15 min to get 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns

Took 30 mins for 2 happy meals, 20 piece and large fries. Was told they were waiting on nuggets and they weren’t even hot. The kiosks weren’t working and no one was up front taking orders. No ice in the machines and the bathrooms are what you expect of a mcdonald’s bathroom on a road trip. I had already mobile ordered or else I would have settled for gas station snacks than wait 30 mins for lack luster food.
We ordered 4 breakfast burritos and it took 45 minutes to get what we ordered. It was busy, but we saw people order, eat, and leave before we ever got our order. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I have never experienced this kind of awful customer service. I understand its fast food and theres a lot going on, but this was incredibly unacceptable. And the burritos werent even wrapped - its like they mashed the tortilla with some eggs around it. Makes us reconsider ever going back to McDonalds ever again. I have a photo of the burrito to share.

I stood in line for at least 15 minutes while the manager on duty worked with one hand while holding her cell phone in the other. Not even looking over to see if anyone was in line! We visit the motel down the street two are three times a week! So the Mc Donald's is in walking distance! Never again!

put a mobile order in at 9:30 pm while on the road travling, got to hotel next door and checked in, came to pick up and got told by worker leaving that they closed on a friday night earlier than advertised with “covid cleaning protocol” as reasoning.

I stopped by to use the restroom and picked up some grub.
Bathroom was messed up and needed cleaning. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in several days. Pee on floor, full trash can, dirty mirrors, you get the point.
If bathrooms are dirty how clean do you expect the kitchen to be.
Soo I rather go elsewhere.
