This place should be shut down. Employees very obviously hate their job and refuse to help anyone. After stopping on our way home, we never ended up getting any food or drinks after 20 minutes of waiting. I will never stop here again and encourage you to choose Wendy’s if you choose this exit.

My dog and I sitting at the back, not bothering anyone. No barking, etc. Waiting for a tow truck b/c car broke down. Worker asks if my dog is service, I went out to my car to provide credentials. Came back in she’s MIA. Then I hear her talking about me at the front, I.e. “she wants beef”, “she wants the smoke and she’s about to get it.” Another customer comes in, the worker proceeds to get an attitude with her, customer says ‘thanks for the attitude’ and the worker yells at her to have a nice day as she leaves. Maybe worker was having a bad day, idk. Super unprofessional.

Food wasn't terrible but wasn't good. Nuggets seemed overcooked and fries undercooked. Needs to be cleaned better everywhere. The entire restaurant was sticky on the floor like it was mopped with dirty water. Bathrooms the worst. Couldn't use the baby changing table due to all the trash on top of it so I changed my son elsewhere. Reaked of pee. Staff too busy gossiping to give cups. Shame, seems like a newer store but staff can't take care of it properly.

My granddaughter wanted a cup of water, and the staff refused to give us a cup so she could get one. We bought a bottle of water in the end. Very poor customer service. Took forever to get our food. Several people that came in after us got their food before us. The table next to us got their drinks before their food, and when their food was brought out, they were offered more drink cups, but we were told they don't give water cups. I watched the server throw those extra cups away.

After visiting the restroom, I decided not to eat here and just drove the rest of the way home. I mean, how are them employees cleaning themselves? More than likely not. Go anywhere but here.

Disgusting store. The bathrooms were filthy. The men's room had only one working urinal, no toilet. Urine was all over the floor. The restaurant area itself was almost as bad. No employees would take orders. They pointed everyone to the kiosks and went back to talking and joking with each other. Pure laziness. We ended up leaving because if they can't even perform simple tasks like cleaning or ringing an order up, I can't trust them to make a burger correctly or sanitary.
