Absolutely terrible people working there. I hate that what used to be such a great place has gone downhill. They were impatient with me translating stuff for my grandparents. They didn’t pay attention and forgot the 4 sandwiches we ordered and marked the wrongs and I had to have them change it before paying. I went to add my phone number for the points/rewards and they told me not to touch the card reader then skipped it and tried to get me to pay. Then they told me the total was $42.67 and I paid but my receipt had a $4.26 tip making my total $46.93. The manager was no help. Said there wasn’t anything she was going to do and walked away. Decent food terrible service and attitude.

Was not good, too much honey mustar🤮, the lady used the same knife full of mayo with my sandwich and I couldn't eat the mayonnaise
This place use to be good. Until they remodeled. Today I got turned around because the only worked had to “close for 30 minutes” so she could restock.
We here we coming from florida drive to new york and we do a quil stop to eat but its 8:45 we arrive at 8:30 and the only person working there dnt say hellow when we arrive she say She said she was preparing an online order and couldn't serve us until she finished, which by the way we felt like it took longer than usual on purpose, we had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to at least start serving me for the order and after all that time we ordered a chicken sandwich to tell us that they didn't have chicken that they had run out, it has truly been the worst experience if you are traveling and want to stop quickly eat and continue on your way in peace this is not the place and when you see this employee, even less know that they will not give you good service and will start telling you that what you want is not available, it was truly a pleasant experience for me

I ordered an Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch, and somehow, the employee gave me an Elite Tuna Salad instead. Not even close. I was there about 20 minutes ago, and now I’m sitting here with a sandwich I didn’t want. Honestly, if you work at Subway, getting the order right should be the bare minimum. Might be time for some retraining.

This place is the worst place I ever ordered from. I spent 23 dollars on 3. subs and was supposed to have extra meat on white bread not toasted and the food look like someone through up on my bread that is wrong anyways. I would never recommend this place to anyone
I've been going here close to twenty years. Some of the employees there then still are there today with great personalities and skilled in making yummy sandwiches.
I did a mobile order with special instructions to toast both my sandwiches and cut in four. The lady was not busy and did not toast or cut my sandwiches in four. I don’t have time to go find a knife and split sandwiches for my kids and the bread is hard when it’s not warmed or toasted. I know the lady felt the roughness of the bread. Stop being lazy and toast the sandwiches I paid for.
6:30 pm and told by the associate they were closed.
The lady was rude like she didn’t even want to be here treating people disrespectful, if she doesn’t want to be here might as well not be employed. Disgusting person!
