Watching this Waffle House crew work together put a smile on my face. They coordinated with the precision and beauty of a ballet. And of course they provided the wonderful comfort food that is the staple of a Waffle House.

Without a doubt the cleanest and friendliest waffle house I have been in. The duo working together were very nice. I will be returning on every travel this way. They made waffle house taste like soul food.

Just left the location and wanted to review the amassing customer service. Mainly the cook. Young Caucasian male with long hair. Two servers present were great but the cook provides above and beyond service. Witnessed him delivering plates when the servers were occupied already and he asked each customer in the store eating how their meal was. I can see a future in management for the cook.

I went to eat here ona Monday night at 7:30 pm. Lights were on and three workers inside but sign on door said closed. The worker also told me through the glass that they were closed. I thought it was open 24/7????

Our waitress was awful, you could tell she didn't want to be at work. The waffle was amazing, the cook tried to be as pleasant as possible. The waitress was the worst. Because of this we won't be back to this location. She needs a reality check.

hash browns overcooked waffle never came asked for it cold and overcooked. place dirty. needs an inspection from office. ate at 9 am on the 24th. we are regular waffle house customers this is our worst experience.

Let's face it...if you want to look through clean windows, then you don't go to a Waffle House. All that aside, I gave this location only 4 stars because they had no sausage gravy to put on my breakfast bowl. I was surprised, to say the least. In the south and no gravy. My meal was good but could have been so much better.
Sometimes it is cold inside so bring a jacket and wear a hat to keep your head warm. But the food is hot!

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. “BE AWARE” of the staff members there. They are scammers they charge me twice on my card and claim that their receipt machine wasn’t working, because it wouldn’t print out the receipt for the food that I had purchased. Luckily I had the the “WEB BANKING” app uploaded on my phone and saw they had charged me twice. They claim that they couldn’t give me my money back at the moment because they claimed their “Boss” was off duty. I had to wait until tomorrow to receive pay; which doesn’t make any sense. I had them to give me another meal instead and I was still short a couple of dollars. They also gossips with the staff members at “Best Western Point South Hotel.” Next door from them , which it is illegal to talk about customers personal business with anyone outside of the company. There is no professionalism in the staff members at the Waffle House. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with them not able to give me my money back.

Beware for the extremely loud noise/music blaring. We couldn't even enjoy our meal due to the loud noise. We asked if they could lower the radio and the waitress said they aren't allowed to turn it down.
We asked 3x who we could contact to lower the radio and we were ignored and the waitress walked away. The lady in the blue shirt on duty then begins to sign horribly and loud. We just left. Very disrespectful place.
