I’m 43 and have been to quite a few fast food restaurants in my day. I might say this was one one the least prepared and disorganized I’ve ever been to.My family ordered. After I ordered the cashier asked if I saw a small, hand-written sign that said they were out of ingredients for their promo-sandwich. So, I looked on the menu and asked for a different sandwich. After a few minutes, they told me they didn’t have cheese to make that sandwich either. Right about that time they ran out of fries.The shift manager was in the back belittling the staff saying that they used too many fries and that’s why they ran out. The nice cashier, doing her best, wrote and note on paper that said, ‘no fries’ and taped it to her cash register. But, no one spoke to the people in line ordering. The shift manager stayed behind the scenes yelling at staff. No one seemed to know what to do.I asked for a refund to go next door, hoping they’d have food and knew how to make it. It took many minutes before the unhelpful manager came up and gave me a refund. I’m so glad we left, the staff were so confused, had no idea what to do, or how to move forward.If you’re stopping from the highway, please consider other places to stop.

Food was great, but service was terrible. First, I entered out order on the kiosk- but it would not accept any payments. (Another customer informed me she had the same problem and that the staff was aware it was broken. An out of order sign would have been helpful.) After we ate I walked back up to the register to order something to go. Several employees walked up to the counter while I was standing there, but no one would look at me. It wasn’t until 5 min of me standing there that I was told they weren’t allowing orders at the register and that I had to use the kiosk. Apparently they’d decided to close the register during the 10 min my family was eating. We decided to leave without the to-go order bc by then, there were about 15 peoplestruggling with the kiosks… including the broken one ??♀️

Worthless management and the employees are not great at all too busy joking and laughing instead of helping customers or getting the food out to people i sat there 25 minutes waiting on 2 frostys while food sat on the back counter the WHOLE time i was there instead of being bagged up untill right before i was leaving lobby was nasty and not been cleaned up and the manager was showing employees videos on her phone and NOT helping 10 minutes before she just left and told them good luck what Kind of manager does that???? Will NEVER go back and will NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!

Waited 15 minutes in line to be handed cold burgers. When we asked for warm ones they yelled at my wife "what do you want the grill is off"Uhhhh this is a Wendy's sir. Isn't it?

Ordered at a kiosk. Waited inside 30 minutes for a grilled chicken wrap with no ranch dressing. There were only 2 orders ahead of me according to the screen. Drove away and started eating...a grilled chicken wrap with no ranch and NO CHICKEN! There seemed to be plenty of employees to get the order out quicker. AND if the kiosk order seemed wrong...why on earth didn't an employee ask me if it was correct? Who puts together a grilled chicken with no chicken? I did not have time to return for a correction. Do better, Wendy's.
The staff is very friendly and professional, didn't have to wait long for my food, I recommend this establishment to my friends and family, keep up the good work ?

One of my favorite Wendy's. The evening crew is so polite and pleasant. My favorite is the cobb salad with the fried onions. The bacon cheese potato with chives and their chili is amazing as well. I also prefer the small burgers like the 4 for 4 over the regular combos. The food, service, and atmosphere is great. You won't be disappointed.

Salad was great. Burgers were only lukewarm but tasted good. Bathrooms were awful. We couldn't get anyone to actually take our order so had to use the computer which took forever ?♀️
