The cashier was polite. The food was terrible. I had two really long pieces of blonde hair in my food and the fries were cold. I would not go back to this Arby's.

Everything tasted good. 3 stars because the bathroom sink water was so hot it burned my hands. No way to change temp because it’s automatic. No way a kid could was their hand in there.

I had a classic roast beef and potato cakes and an orange cream shake. It was all fresh and wonderful. My sandwich had a lot of meat on it. The shake and potato cakes were also delicious. I bought a second classic to take home and it was good warmed up later. My truck wouldn't start so I waited in the dining room for help to come. It was nice and clean and cool in there. The booth was comfortable, not worn out. The employees were super nice. I'm glad that I had such a nice place too wait since I waited for hours.

We walked in, and the staff was restocking, and a supervisor came over and greeted us before we were hardly in the door. Food came out fast and hot. It's probably the best experience I've had at any Arby's

NEVER going back and wondering if I'll ever do fast food again unless I can see my order being made. I had to pull into a spot and wait for my food. A couple mins later they brought it. She walked away immediately before I got the bag through the window. I looked inside the bag because I thought the bag was a little heavy. Wrong order. Went inside. They took the order I had stuck my face and hand in, right on our to the guy that was parked in the other spot. Thankfully, I'm not sick and my hands were clean, but since when is it ok to take food that's been in the possession of a stranger and give it to someone else!
