I'm just being honest when I tell you guys, go eat somewhere else. I used to love Bojangles. Their food and service has gone completely down. My order was wrong, my biscuits weren't done and my drink tasted like metal.

This place is completely unprofessional and they don’t care when customers are in line. Today all the employees were in the back for 7 minutes as the line expanded, apparently screaming about mice. Save your dollars and time.

The line was wrapped around the building and I just knew it would take forever. Boy was I wrong. The line moved fast and the food was hot and enjoyable. You don’t always see this at fast food so good job bojangles
After paying, only got card back and was told to pull up to door and they would bring my 12 pcs supreme box to me. When I got home, I was sorted 4 Supremes with no receipt. The chicken was overcooked. worst service ever

8/21/24 I went for my Cajun filet combo and the filet is overcooked and drier than the Sahara. Young girl working was complaining about dropping Bo rounds and said she was just gonna give people fries. Lady working the counter was a delight and sweet woman, I hope she gets some new coworkers who actually wanna help her! Looks like I’ll be stopping at Newport location for a while.
