I went here today about 1-2 pm and I went to drive thru the wait was long over 20 minutes. I order 5 small items 2 doubles and 3 strawberry pie. I gave these ratings because of the long wait time and the pie tasted like onions. I am very sure they are keeping the pie by the onions and which and anyone that worked in restaurant fast food knows. Never put pies by things that they can take in the smell of. Especially onions. I hope someone sees this and correct their errors..
I ate an strawberry/onion pie. Lol not really funny.

I made a delivery order and when my food was delivered everything was cold to the touch. Sat there for over 45 mins. I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty the night of Sunday November 16th And told her. She said well it's not my fault it was cold. I asked her why she would let a bag of food sit on the counter for 45 mins and then serve it to a customer. She should have made fresh food. She then started cursing at me and hung the phone up on me. I go to this burger king all the time but this experience has stopped that. I will never step foot back in this establishment and I will be letting everyone I meet know about this. This food was for my children and to be treated this way is unacceptable. I have worked in customer service my whole adult life and the customer is always right. Your customer comes first or you would not have a business. This woman did nothing to try and make this right. I hope the owners or the GM can find someone better to help their customers.

Im a tech who travels to different restaurants performing IT work. I've seen them all. This Burger King was the cleanest store I have ever been to. From bathrooms to kitchen to dining room. This is a very clean store! Very friendly as well.

😬 came at 10:40pm, ordered one combo, a 2 for 5 and a whopper and seen on the screen it was around $19 and got to the window, she said 25. I asked for a receipt and she said “I can’t give you one until you pay” so I left. Rude ass employees 😂

I went to this location to buy dinner. I had coupons that just came out of Sunday’s paper. I handed the cashier at the coupons and she said the machine wouldn’t take them what it said was item not found so she tried multiple times multiple ways. It did not work so we called the manager named amber to see if she could fix the problem because I was running late to an appointment. So I didn’t have much time. So I tried to pull up a coupon online to see if that would work the code took, but she said she cannot use them because she needed a physical coupon. Why would it take it from a picture but not take it in on a Personal coupon that I had in my hand so amber tried it once and said she can’t do it so as the line behind me was growing I asked her for the address so I can call corporate and she told me to find the address myself and then walked away from me. If you’re in a manager position, that is not the proper behavior to treat a customer so not only did I see that the five people behind me saw the unprofessional transaction.
