We had Dan do pig roast at a 30th birthday party. The food was amazing including his baked beans and mac and cheese. Dan Is very personable and adds much to the party! I would highly recommend him for any catered event!

Dan and his team catered our wedding two weeks ago and did a fantastic job. Not only was the food excellent, Dan and team provided a wonderful experience and charisma to all of our guests.Dan was a breeze to work with and was given creative freedom to make our wedding a unique and memorable experience. Dan smoked and 110lb. pig for our wedding along with boudin balls, mac and cheese and a low country boil that really set us apart from every other wedding I've been to.They came in under budget and their quality of food and personalities were more than we ever could've expected.
