Kid-friendliness: It’s like having dinner with family !! Feels like a home cook meals ! Kids love it to and they are just as friendly to the kids. Just love the place! Nothing fancy but homey
I am beyond disappointed with our recent experience. My child was drinking ice water and discovered a gnat frozen into one of the ice cubes. When I brought this up to the staff, instead of addressing the issue seriously, the employee made a joke about it ‘just adding a little extra protein.’ This is not only unprofessional but also showed a complete lack of concern for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Finding an insect in an ice cube is bad enough, but the dismissive response made it even worse. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a gyro platter the meat was overcooked most of it was cold the salad that it came with was a plate of lettuce with a little teeny wedge of tomato. My husband ordered veal parmesan it came with veal, meat sauce, spaghetti and a salad is veal parmesan had no parmesan cheese on it veal parmesan on the menu should come with Parmesan cheese very disappointed we don't know if we go back again the waitress was very very kind and very personable.
This is located right in York SC. This is a family owned restaurant that has been there since I was little. The fries and the BLT sandwich are so good.

The food is just not up to par. Side salads, garlic bread and meatballs are very disappointing. Two relatively positive things were the meat sauce on the manicotti and the chicken on the fettuccine Alfredo.

Chicken Alfredo fettuccini was good. Chicken tasted marinated. The side salad was very poor. They way it looked why even bother offering it. I bet half the people throw it away. My wifes manicotti was good. Garlic bread I could make better at home with toast and seasoning but ok with dish. The spahetti was undesirable the last time so they lost me there but I wanted to give the meatballs another run before I never eat them again. I am sorry to report but I will not re order the meatballs unless there is a menu change. I love small business and restraunts but hopefully someone reads this and makes some much needed recipe improvements.
