Somewhat cheaper on bread and etc

Second time I got a sub from the app and picked it up at the York location and brought it home and was mostly bread. Meat was finely finely finely shaved which they gave a 1/2 slice of each for a Jersey Shore sub and same thing with the provolone cheese and the tomato was one that was cut in 4 quarter pcs spread throughout the sub to make it look like it had tomato on it. 👎For the.price you would think they wouldn't skimp on the serving size of toppings but that's exactly what they are doing to cut costs instead of making them the right way... saw it happen at a subway in NC and owner got caught....check your sub before you leave...I bought two giants which for the price I could have went to an actual restaurant to sit down. I do imagine some of this has to do with short help as well and not properly trained...BUT make the sub the right way....

Third time in a row an online order was more that 20 minutes past the estimate. Other, more busy, JM locations don't have this issue. It's the current staff.

I'm done with this location.This is the second time we have had food poisoning from this food. First time was me, my family didn't eat theirs. Tonight it was my wife, so the rest of us didn't eat ours.Ill be calling tomorrow for a refund and I will not come back here again.

I was just diagnosed with Celiac disease and my husband and I were craving Jersey Mikes… I let them know I had Celiac when I ordered and they made every attempt to make sure there was no cross contamination. I thought I would have to write off subs but they did great making sure I could still enjoy my favorite! Thank yall for taking the time to accommodate those of us who have allergies and celiac problems!

What I ordered vs what I got. If they didn't have white bread then say that not just make the sandwich on any bread and when I get home I'm surprised.

I ordered a turkey sub and a chipotle chicken wrap from this location on 10/24..There were no issues with the sub, but this is how my wrap was prepared. Who slices a wrap this way ??? Almost every time I go here this is an issue. The portion sizes are always off there’s times where my wrap has barely had any meat inside and was very thin and flat. Theres always an issue when eating from here.

So the manager is racist and apparently goes right along with other racist customers, it's not professional and he needs to be replaced, the African employees are just as good as anybody else who works there, and if you are racist then you need to just cook at home for yourself!!!!! I will not be going back to this establishment until a new manage is there!

My name is Jommere Gilmore, I am disheartened that my son Colby who is only 18 years of age, an excellent cook, encountered a racism experience at work this evening. A customer asked for someone else other than Colby to make his sandwich.. Well Colby was the only Hot cooker tonight. But due to Colby being black. He demanded that his sandwich to be made by someone that doesn’t have the same skin tone as my son. With my extensive customer service experience, I know that such customers should be turned away. Unfortunately, the manager didn't uphold this principle, resulting in the customer being served. This is outrageous and must be addressed immediately. This is unacceptable!

Ordered on mobile app and got there at my time the app said. First was told it was coming out next. Tried to give me someone else’s food. Finally got my food after 30 minutes past my time and it was wrong. Cook takes my food unwrapping subs to see where they messed up and actually gave my one sub that was wrong to someone else waiting. Never again at this York location.
