What I ordered vs what I got. If they didn't have white bread then say that not just make the sandwich on any bread and when I get home I'm surprised.

I ordered a turkey sub and a chipotle chicken wrap from this location on 10/24..There were no issues with the sub, but this is how my wrap was prepared. Who slices a wrap this way ??? Almost every time I go here this is an issue. The portion sizes are always off there’s times where my wrap has barely had any meat inside and was very thin and flat. Theres always an issue when eating from here.

So the manager is racist and apparently goes right along with other racist customers, it's not professional and he needs to be replaced, the African employees are just as good as anybody else who works there, and if you are racist then you need to just cook at home for yourself!!!!! I will not be going back to this establishment until a new manage is there!

My name is Jommere Gilmore, I am disheartened that my son Colby who is only 18 years of age, an excellent cook, encountered a racism experience at work this evening. A customer asked for someone else other than Colby to make his sandwich.. Well Colby was the only Hot cooker tonight. But due to Colby being black. He demanded that his sandwich to be made by someone that doesn’t have the same skin tone as my son. With my extensive customer service experience, I know that such customers should be turned away. Unfortunately, the manager didn't uphold this principle, resulting in the customer being served. This is outrageous and must be addressed immediately. This is unacceptable!

Ordered on mobile app and got there at my time the app said. First was told it was coming out next. Tried to give me someone else’s food. Finally got my food after 30 minutes past my time and it was wrong. Cook takes my food unwrapping subs to see where they messed up and actually gave my one sub that was wrong to someone else waiting. Never again at this York location.

Tried Jersey Mike's Subs today in York and all I can say is NASTY FOOD and NASTY SERVICE. First off we walk through the door and aren't even acknowledge, the two employees were speaking in the speak to each other then they finally see us and one come over and asks "What do you want?"....well hello and good day to you too. We tell her we are still deciding and so she rolls her eyes and walks back to talk to the other employee for a minute or two, comes back and my partner places his order, then she looks at me and i tell her what I want and as soon as she realizes it is a hot sandwhich she rolls her eyes again and proceeds to shout at her co-worker and asks which of the two sandwiches she wants to make. I swear, the rudest experience, I am unsure how this person has a job, especially with her hair getting everywhere. The sandwich I order was disgusting and my partners was nasty as well. The quality of meat was next to something you would get at a Dollar Tree or Family Dollar. Save your money, unless you don't mind paying for RUDE eye rolling service and a trash sandwich.
Employee seemed annoyed that we came in. Rolled her eyes when my friend placed an order for a hot sandwich. The Jersey Mikes in Lake Wylie has better quality food. The slices of chees on my sandwich were paper thin. $30 for our meals, not worth it. They employees need to got to the location in Lake Wylie and take some customer service lessons. Too bad, I'm sure the franchisee put a lot of money into opening this location and it will close in six months is something doesn't change...fast.
