It was very very noisy. We went in to eat & sat at the round table where there was a big round light overhead. We don't know where the loud obnoxious noise coming from. But it was not very pleasant to hear while trying to eat!!!!! It was awlful!!!! And was very LOUD!!! I'm thinking it was coming from the light over us!! Please someone fix this!!!!!!🤯

Always mess my order up. Ask for Mac and cheese, and I get mashed potatoes with gravy. Or something is missing. I never liked working fast food when I was younger, but it's not hard to read an order and get it right. But tonight, the food was terrible. And it's been months since I last went there. They even forgot to turn on their outside lights 😮💨

Great staff and convenient location, one of the few KFCs ive been to that still operates a buffet, wit great comfort food and an array of vegetables. Definitely recommend a visit.

Learn to put spoons in the bag!! Only the older black lady seems to know this. Also the mashed potato bowl has NEVER came with a side when you order the combo (I know because I’ve worked there) so if you’re going to give me a side ask what I want instead of handing me some nasty cold fries.

Not enough workers in this place! So what, you increased minimum wage and then cut employees working there to really serve this community,...really, three employees for the town of York, WTH? Cmon you know how long that line was this evening Then I go into bldg. to order just a large coleslaw, that's it, that's all no big take up your time coleslaw... And I stood there waiting for 10 minutes before an employee finally acknowledged me, then said, I'll be right with you. That was another 10 mins... 20 mins for a coleslaw, really guys really... Cmon CEO's what are you doing to make it better for this community you serve and we pay, what 🤷♀️
Very dirty restroom! Floors in the dining room are filthy. I let the cashier know she said people are nasty we just cleaned it last night ! Smh I would have walked out but I had already ordered. The food was fine just hard to choke down after the lack of cleaning. 30 minutes later after she said she would clean it I went back and the restroom had not been touched. Yes that's used To laying in the floor.

Very clean store. I do service work in these kind of stores and see all kind of crap behind the counters and in the kitchen areas. This store is very clean. So much so that I order food and drove 50 minutes back home to eat it than ordering KFC right down the street from my home.

We ordered a 12 piece bucket with the 3 large sides.potatoes and gravy, Mac and cheese and sweet corn. Came with 6 biscuits. After waiting 10 minutes for food to cook in drive thru. When I got it home. There was no gravy. And every piece of chicken looked old , dry and like it was from long ago cooked. The Mac and cheese was not fresh made either. Very dissatisfied. We were so excited to have a good meal coming but instead threw every bite of it in the garbage. I would feed this to my dog.

Ordered 8 piece original. Got 6 piece crispy. Also had to wait 15 minutes to get it. Everyone was nice. I should have checked it before leaving. I’m out $10
