Again for the second time I get food from the drive thru and one of these days I am going to learn to double check. I ordered a three piece tender meal Well at arrival at home 45 mins away I have a large bowel of mashed potatoes and gravy and a small mac and cheese .No meat. No biscuits just mashed potatoes. I am done with KFC

My whole order was wrong and even when I tried to correct it still ended up wrong. When it was finally eaten all sides were stale or taste bad.

When you ask for a bucket to be all dark meat and they confirm with you that it’ll be just legs and thighs and proceed to give you a regular bucket, that’s another form of disrespect. Was excited to eat this and now I’m dreading paying the money for it at all. 0/10 service
Edit: why did the chicken cross the road? To avoid being the 8th piece in the bucket that was ordered since they only put 7 pieces in the bucket. 😒

Ate there today it was 84 degrees in dining area ask if they could turn air down it was so hot . We had to clean off table so we could sit and eat. When I asked lady said we got too, mgr wants to keep it warm. It was 91 outside and while at counter you could tell it was cooler in kitchen area. I don't usually complain but I'm going to invest the law on this matter. That's is too hard to sit and eat in that environment.

It was very very noisy. We went in to eat & sat at the round table where there was a big round light overhead. We don't know where the loud obnoxious noise coming from. But it was not very pleasant to hear while trying to eat!!!!! It was awlful!!!! And was very LOUD!!! I'm thinking it was coming from the light over us!! Please someone fix this!!!!!!🤯

Always mess my order up. Ask for Mac and cheese, and I get mashed potatoes with gravy. Or something is missing. I never liked working fast food when I was younger, but it's not hard to read an order and get it right. But tonight, the food was terrible. And it's been months since I last went there. They even forgot to turn on their outside lights 😮💨

Great staff and convenient location, one of the few KFCs ive been to that still operates a buffet, wit great comfort food and an array of vegetables. Definitely recommend a visit.

Learn to put spoons in the bag!! Only the older black lady seems to know this. Also the mashed potato bowl has NEVER came with a side when you order the combo (I know because I’ve worked there) so if you’re going to give me a side ask what I want instead of handing me some nasty cold fries.
