This store is so well ran! The staff are always so friendly, and the manager I can tell is so caring. He complimented my hamburger emphatically which was nice and followed through with making sure my pie was the correct one after I made a substitution from blueberry to pumpkin. A worker accidentally spilled a drink on the floor and me and my wife were so impressed with how all the workers came to make sure the worker was ok and to fix the situation. Quickly cleaned the area, and made sure the other worker did not feel bad for the mistake. Just very heartfelt helping. I will go here again. Always very clean, always friendly. These are workers who are caring and hardworking.

The young girl at the window at 8:13am 6-2-25 is very rude extremely rude if you don’t like your job quit don’t make others have to pay for your choice!!! I will never come back to this McDonald’s we will go to Bojangles or Burger King from now on. The rudeness was by far the worst in years I have experienced.

Heaven forbid you order more than one type of menu item. This location has screwed up my families order multiple times in a row. Even when they aren't busy so that's not an excuse. With all the free money they steal not doing customers orders right you would think they could afford more competent staff.

Why is it so hard to make an ice coffee?? Why can’t you dump it and have fresh ready instead of serving orange sour burnt coffee that’s sat all day that you add ice to and call ice coffee. It’s not that hard. This coffee was disgusting. I just rolled my eyes when I seen it. I knew if I asked for replacement it would just be the exact same unless I wanted to wait for coffee to brew and I did not. It’s definitely not the 1st time it’s always a gamble ordering this. I usually can tell by who’s at the window if it’s going to be trash or not.

Went around 11 PM, was very busy and took 40 mins to get through the drive through. Texted the management number posted in the window and got a very professional response. Great customer service, just expect a long wait in late hours on weekends / holidays.

If I could give them negative stars I would! This is by far the worst McDonald’s ever!! They are extremely slow and have no sense of common courtesy. I sat in line for 10-15 mins before placing my order and I was the 2 person in line, had I been able to get out I would have just left. Finally get to place my order, a kids meal, extra fry and 2 apple pies. I had to sit another 10 mins before I got to the window to pay. I finally get to the window and pay and after they swipe my card they tell me they don’t have any Apple pies and it would be another 12 mins. First off when I placed the order why didn’t you check to see if you have any and second off why charge me first then tell me you don’t have any. From here on out I will drive you Kings Mountain to support that McDonald’s before I ever come here again.

I went to McDonald’s at 2am there supposed to be 24/7 I see 3-4 people inside. And no one is responding . I see a lady cleaning mind you she has the microphone on her head. So I was ignored as I sat there saying hello for 10-15 minutes. Obviously I pulled up. But the fact that they just ignored me.. and wouldn’t take my order. 3-4 people is a little understaffed but not responding is just disrespectful. On top of that during afternoon hours the food is always prepared in old grease and fries are fries completely unsatlted. There basically there to do almost nothing and get payed. I advise you to bring yourself to clover. Rock hill isn’t even the best option unless you drive to Dave lyle. And it’s not always the place it’s the people and staff who run. No disrespect but Comon.. you get paid okay money to cook and basically communicate. This was one of a couple bad experiences.

They are soooo slow at this location no matter what time of day you go. Also food is usually cold and I have to go back inside and ask for hot food. I’ve only been to this location a handful of times and every time I go back I remember why I don’t frequent it.
