All I wanted this morning was a singular Carmel frappe with 3 shots of espresso, they had told me to pull to the third window, which I did, and I was sitting there for about 15 minutes before I walked inside and ask them where's my coffee. It was sitting on a tray for those 15 minutes and had already completely watered down. At that point, they decided to remake it.

Ordered at the automated kiosk, which is good since once I walked up to the counter I was ignored for a solid seven or eight minutes. I get it, your drive through is busy, but at least acknowledge the existence of customers in your lobby.One guy actually came over to the register I was standing a foot in front of, and I got excited for a second, but he was just ringing up a drive through order, and never bothered to even look in my direction.After several minutes a woman finally came over and asked for my order number. I gave it to her, and she read off a totally different order and asked if that was mine. I said no, she walked away and came back with a bag that she handed me, said here's your order, and walked away again. I had to look at the ticket to confirm that it was indeed my order.

I went in and got a large tea the lady told me it would be $2.17 I gave her $2.25 so I got my tea and was getting ready to leave when she came up to me and told me I don't pay enough that I still owed .75 cents so I gave her a hand full of change and walked out the store was full at the time I think it was the store manager that made the young lady ask me for the 75 cents.so this large tea cost me embarrassment and over $4.00

I stopped in here to grab a bite. I never go inside. But this time I did and they redid the whole interior and it actually looks beautiful! The servers were so pleasant. We ended up in a nice conversation. The fully set up to sit with you laptop and do work. Very

If nepotism and cronyism was a place it would be the York McDonald's. There are some nice employees but incompetence runs rampant amongst the management. The owner would do better by wiping out the management and starting new maybe then you wouldn't wait 30 minutes for cold food that clearly was not made to order fresh. I don't believe I have ever left there with my order 100% correct. The Clover McDonald's is owned by the same owner but they are far superior in service and food just go there and save yourself the time and hassle. Plus their open 24/7Vegetarian options: They have a couple salads but they have meat in most of them. They have apple slices, pies and fries. So more of a snack shack for Vegetarians.

Then they are like come back will give it ti you then they act like ur unreasonable to ask for a little extra for the inconvenience and money can’t to be refunded to your card . Don’t ever go to this
