Called 6 times to place a order never got a answer so I go there to place and order and ask if there phone was working and the response I got was we are answering the phone I don't kno what to tell you may be calling the wrong number ok maybe I am what's your number idk ok well is the number on Google correct idk then she want to roll her eyes and sass me and think I'm going to spend my money I don't think so good luck to the new owners if this is how yall operate

I absolutely love everything and could go twice a week. Has gotten more pricey level. I spent $50 for app, crabcake n catfish filet..one person but did have leftover fries n hushpuppies. I just don't see it as a $100 no drinking date night as you sit packed inside where it's so loud on hard chairs. Now summer when you're outside is so much better but then you can't go until late when the bar business slows up. Just saying if you want your higher end food prices then maybe upgrade inside or expand it. Time to figure out that parking because it's that busy at times and there is nowhere to even park n pickup a to go order. Growing pains. Come takeover a bigger restaurant for your awesome food. Lake wylie will love ya.
Food was not great, so much seasoning on the ff that it was almost to the point you couldnt eat it, my tea tasted spoiled and for 2 people it was 47 bucks and some change and it was very small portions. Then because we paid with a card they added themselves a 10.71 tip which we did NOT authorize we were gonna leave a tip regardless on the table but it definitely would not have been 10.71 worth of tips. First time we were there in about 2 years and it's definitely the last time I ever go back. So with that said watch your card they will definitely take extra money from your card without your say so,So BEWARE

Each time we go to Palmetto they serve less and less on their seafood plates. On our most recent visit: Our meal took inordinate amount of time. Mash potatoes were cold; had to be reheated All fried items were extremely salty Condiment containers were dirty and sticky Horseradish sauce tasted off

I understand that they have a new owner. The food was as good as ever. Our waitress was great. It took a long time for our food to arrive (about 45 minutes). I hope they can correct this. We love driving over there for dinner

Absolute worst seafood I’ve ever had. ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONING ON ANY OF THE FOOD. A complete waste of $40.
Not from the area, but I have visited this place twice in the last few months. They have a inside restaurant and a outside area. Excellent food and service. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. I've tried the ribs, BarBQ, Wings, Fried Shrimp and Flounder. All were excellent and the Crab Cakes were the bomb! Laid back friendly atmosphere and very cold beer! Definitely will be back when in the area.

There were flies everywhere it was hot in restaurant . The food was awful I had chicken and it was very hard could not eat it.my husband had barbecue and it was nothing but fat.will not eat there ever again
