They just threw toppings on a pizza and sent it out. I asked for half pineapple and half meat lovers, and then a cheese pizza. The half pineapple half meat lovers was burnt and just thrown together. It looks like AI made it.

Went to order 4 pizzas and garlic knots today Tuesday customer app 4.99 advertised signs and writing in the window. They would not honor because a holiday but yet there is a huge poster in the window and a hand written window marker wrote on the door. Times have changed this would never been accepted way to treat customers. You don't want to honor what you advertise then take down the poster and wash the door so the customer does not come in asking for it. I don't recommend papa johns pizza York SC

I normal get my pizza bowls from the York Sc location but was in Spartanburg tonight so ordered their, I was extremely disappointed at how little was in each of my pizzas bowls. It was barely enough to cover the bottom of the pan. I do not recommend this location.

Placed an online order for carry out and arrived 25 minutes after order was placed. When I arrived at the store I was told there would be another hour wait because the store employee was the only one working. I drove almost 30 minutes for nothing. Second time this has happened. Just go somewhere else

I went to this location in York sc and ask to see a menu to order the clerk said that most people just order online he pointed to a piece of paper taped to the counter and said I could look up the menu online. The. He said that order that just came in was ordered online and walked away not a place I’m going to spend my money with customer service like that. Jersey Mike’s had great service a 100 yards away
