They gave me the wrong food and when I tried to call to get it fixed they wouldn’t answer. Tried contacting Pizza Hut customer support to and they never did anything either. Sticking to Papa John’s from now on.

It was explained to me that due to the fact, the driver delivered food cold, and there was stuff missing and the order was incorrect. I would get The appropriate reconciliation, the York Pizza Hut actually Miss spoke and did not provide what they guarantee. I would not order again from York, South Carolina nor would I order again from Pizza Hut.

We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, one cheese bread stick, mild wings. When we got home with our food, we had been given 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza instead of 2 pepperoni, and the mild wings hardly had any sauce on them. The pizzas also has little to no sauce on them. Really disappointed in the service.

Ordered 4 pizzas through the app for delivery. DoorDash ended up getting the delivery, the order said it would be delivered in 25-35min and it did. It was nice to be able to track the driver (never had a DoorDash delivery before), the driver was nice & the food was correct & hot.
