You need a better location. This location is hard to get in and hard to get out. Its between many businesses. And traffic is always high in this location .....

Ordered 4 pizzas through the app for delivery. DoorDash ended up getting the delivery, the order said it would be delivered in 25-35min and it did. It was nice to be able to track the driver (never had a DoorDash delivery before), the driver was nice & the food was correct & hot.

I placed a order for 12 wings for delivery and paid 28 bucks and never received them . So I called and was told they don't see a order placed and I them I was charged and was told it shouldn't go through at my bank . So I ordered one more time the same thing and was charged again and never received them and again I called . I was told that it shows it was delivered and I responded I never received it. I asked to talk to a manager and that it's not good business and was hung up on . So I'm out $ 56.00

I Ordered online. The guy brings my order up front put it in the heater and told me he will be with me in a min. He didn't give me a chance to at least say I'm picking up. He literally walked to the back to make more pizza. So as I stand there and watched him take out 1 then to pans of Doe, get the sauce and cheese etc. I'm like this dude is really gonna make pizza while I'm standing here to pay and pick up. Mind you the board had my name by it as ready. I leave out and tell my frustration to my partner. They tell me just go back in. When I did the guy walks up to ring me up. Good old fashion customer service does not exist. To top it off the pizza for it to had just come up was not hot.
Edit 8/2/24 Ordered online and saw the Travern Pizza. It looked and sounded good. The center one in my picture was "double pepperoni" but there was not double pepperoni. $53.57 for 3 very small (large) thin, crispy pizzas. On the left is Buffalo Chickem and on the right was Pepperoni Onions and Banana Peppers. They all tasted great but did not serve 4 people. In York we are getting 2 new mom & pop pizza places so these chain joints are gonna have to step it up.

The pizza I received wasn’t very good. It was super tough and the toppings had a very strange taste. This pizza hit has really gone down hill. I would not recommend this location.,

Employees not dressed in clean and suitable attire. Restaurant in back of house not so good. Employees noted not wearing prep gloves nor washing hands. Pizza barely had anything on it. Very disappointed.
