I will give scooters In York a -0 because of the customer service I received this morning. I ordered my food in advance, expecting it to be ready when I got there behold it was three people in front of me when I got to the speaker I gave the person my name and steal when I got it to the window. My food was not ready. I had to be to work at 11 o’clock. I got there at 10:55. They tried to charge me $.59 for the red sauce. I was so heated about the situation cause I come through here all the time and they Tell me to pay for the Red sauce , I wouldn’t have a problem with it if the app would’ve prompt me to pay for it … The manager was very nasty and the employees were too. I came Saturday around 1057 so whoever working that day need to be held accountable for their poor customer service.

Sat in the line waiting to order - at 3:50pm (12/24/25) & once we finally pulled up to screen(3:55pm), they told us they were no longer taking orders, they close at 4 - although they JUST took the car in front of us order. Would not recommend this location. That’s poor customer service.

I was charged for a coffee a did not order. I was told I was going to get a refund but I have not heard from them yet.
Update. I went to your website and I do not see a form for refunds. It just asks for feedback and that's about it.

I really enjoy Oreo blender with espresso. The staff is super friendly and pleasant, very welcoming. The times I’ve had an issue with maybe drink being too icy/watered down they fix it and are very polite about it I have had a times where I don’t have them fix it though because I just feel bad about them having to fix it. Scooters is definitely a highlight part of my day I look forward to. (Edit I have more recently, not had consistency with my drink though, and that is my only complaint. Getting it one day and it taste great and flavorful and then get in the next day and it’s not flavorful or too much ice. It’s just getting really disappointing for me snd a gamble and I literally used to come like every single day here. It’s just too much money to spend for it and it not be consistent with flavor.

Had a nice experience this morning getting my “Zombie Apocalypse” drink and a little breakfast sandwich. I wish they had this drink year round, it’s SO good. The customer service is always awesome and I love coming by this location whenever I’m in the area!
