I ordered two drinks online. When I got there, I pressed the big red button and let them know what order I was there for by giving them my name and stating it was an online order. They told me they’d have it right out. I waited exactly 20 minutes, watching people who arrived after me get their orders and leave. I buzz again, and wait a while before anyone answers. Someone answers with an attitude like they didn’t want to speak to me. I explained to them politely that I only ordered two drinks and had been waiting 20 minutes already, and asked how much longer they thought it would be. She says she can’t hear me and that she’s coming out. She comes out and I repeat what I had said, she interrupts me and tells me “Okay we’re a bit busy baby” with a MAJOR attitude. 20 MORE MINUTES (EXACTLY) GO BY and someone else comes out with an order that isn’t ours and we tell them it’s not ours, then immediately after that ANOTHER person comes with this HUGE order that isn’t ours once again. I tell her we only ordered two drinks. I give her the order and the name. She goes back inside. Then the first guy who gave us the wrong order comes out and asks for the info. Then the girl that I had just talked to comes out and asks us AGAIN what it was. About a minute later, she brings us our drinks. We thank her. Then she says, “Yeah just next time, make sure you buzz it in.” I said, “We did.” She goes, “Oh, so you pressed that big red button?” And we say, “Yeah…” So not only did they not try to accommodate for our wasted time, but they also never apologized AND tried to blame us for the error. I used to like this place and go all the time with my fiancé, but that situation really spoiled my impression. And the drinks were full of ice and not worth the $6 that I paid.

Wait is ridiculous and the food is pretty bad. This is easily the worst Sonic in the entire country.

The service was okay, but our orders were room temperature at best. So much so that the cheese on our burgers were still completely solid.

Small premium chicken bites are on the $1.99 menu but rings up as $3.99. Told them the large Chilli cheese tots almost look like a small Chilli Cheese Tots not much more and when I told the server she said it is a large and then proceeded to say hold a minute so sat there 30 minutes expecting her to come back but she never did. Needless to say she never came back so left and food went cold waiting expecting her to come back and say something instead of never coming back.

The guy that works at sonic with the headset on I don’t know his name, but he’s very polite and very respectful and he’s got everybody’s orders out in a timely manner. I give him a lot of props because he runs a tight ship his shift order tonight and he got everybody’s order out in a timely manner that shift that they’re running right now at sonic is the best one you got a lot of props to that team tonight y’all are beast mode. The time is 8:01 Saturday night November 30 Great job great job. Great job. i’m a DoorDasher and I was a customer tonight

Ordered ice cream for the family at 7:27 pm last night and waited until around 8:15 pm before we saw people driving away without their food. I couldn't get ahold of anyone after pressing the red button, calling and trying to get through the drive thru to talk to someone. My kid was agitated for almost an hour because nothing was moving and I couldn't cancel my order so I ended up having to go to Walmart for ice cream. I want my money back.

We have been in line now for 45 minutes. People are leaving left and right. What is going on here. This place is a gold mine if run properly. There is definitely a problem here!!! If not fixed soon you will not have the support to remain open! It’s sad cause this is one of my favorite places to go.

We sat in stall 8 ordered our food at 11:16pm the screen said the person was on our way with our order but never got it. At 11:45pm I hit the red button and asked about my order apparently she gave it to someone in the drive-thru. Said they said my name, but I don't understand how that can happen when the app asks you what stall you are in! I never moved! Sonic yall need to do better. Y'alls fries also do not need to be so hard they break a dang tooth!

If you’ve lived in York long enough, you’ve tried the sonic. Seems like the typical fast food place when you first get there, but the longer you watch, the truth comes out. Guys in street clothes in the restaurant part just picking food up and leaving with it, cooks walking into the building with lit cigarettes, and no one even knows how to wash their hands after picking their nose here. Highly recommend you stay far far away from this place.
