Small town place I think it may have been there for a while. I’m not sure how many people were regulars but they definitely didn’t look happy to be there. The food was extremely bland or extremely salty. Maybe it will be different if I can’t catch breakfast

I'll start by saying that the young girl with reddish hair that claimed to be the manager here is absolutely horrible. She's okay with giving customers spoiled food and then yelling at them in front of other customers when asked to make it right. My parents got two of the beef tips plates yesterday and the beef was very obviously spoiled. My mother had only ate one bite of hers and she was sick all night. My father brought the food back and asked if they could get something different made as the food was obviously spoiled. The girl rudely told him "no we don't do that here and we don't give refunds either" he didn't even ask for a refund just for some food that wasn't spoiled. The cook even came up front and said that the food was bad and offered to make them something different. At this point the girl starts yelling at my dad and the cook in front of everyone in the restaurant saying that he will not be remaking their food because they don't do that there. I was absolutely appalled by the way she was acting especially yelling at my elderly dad over something so miniscule when he was being polite and just wanted edible food. We ended up getting no food nor refund after being berated by the manager. My dad was in tears when we left because of the way she treated him. This is sad because this is my parents favorite place to eat. They come here at least once a week and always get the same thing and have never had this kind of problem. I hope yall get a better afternoon manager that actually cares about the customers and the quality of food that is being sent out.
